KeeperSecurity - Reviews and experiences

I tried the free trial last month because I was curious (who isn’t). Cancelled same day — thought that was that. Then daily update emails started, which felt like being followed. After a short support exchange they quieted down and the app actually looks slick and works fine. Weird start, but okay now.

I've been using Keeper Security for over eight years now, just the free version for my personal stuff. But recently, I got a message saying I had to switch to a paid subscription in just six days or I'd lose access to my accounts. That came outta nowhere and it's really frustrating. I've been a loyal user all this time, helping them grow, and now I feel like they don't appreciate that. They didn't even give us a heads up about this change. It's not cool how they're handling this. I've never needed help before 'cause the free version worked fine for me, but now it feels like they're forcing me into a paid plan.

I've been a customer for a while now, and I've given feedback to the company about needing better login options like authenticator apps or two-factor authentication. But every time I bring it up, I just get a generic response saying they'll tell the tech team. It's pretty frustrating that my concerns keep getting ignored, and it makes me think they're not taking security seriously. Some of us aren't comfortable putting our biometric data online, so having no other login options makes the whole service seem behind the times. If I had the chance, I'd look into other companies that listen to users and prioritize security.
