Overall, solid support. I sent a few tickets and got replies within an hour. Answers were straightforward and included step-by-step fixes, nothing vague. Staff were unexpectedly polite; felt relieved after a couple annoying setup tries elsewhere.

I left a brain-fade and didn't write down the vault password, so the app only let me in with face unlock. I needed it after a move and because I'd been burned before, so losing access freaked me out. Support surprised me — they replied every day, quick and patient, and offered to move my membership to a new account, though they couldn't export my saved records. I kept using face login; it actually feels convenient and secure.

I just switched from Lastpass to a new password manager because of the security incident. I did a lot of research and chose Keeper. Moving all my data over was a bit of a process, but everything worked out in the end. I did have a problem with some records and autofill not working properly, but the support team was awesome and helped me fix it over the phone. Their dedication to customer service really stood out to me. I definitely suggest giving Keeper a try as a trustworthy password manager.

The process of deleting my account was so annoying, I hit a roadblock that made me sign up for an expensive subscription. It's frustrating that there's no customer support for non-paying users, especially since I used to have a subscription. It's worrisome that I had to go through all that trouble just to have control over my own data.
