I nervously ditched SecureSafe for Keeper a few weeks ago and, weirdly, it's become my go-to for jam-packed receipts and personal docs. The folder setup is stupidly handy, unlimited records really matter — sceptical to oddly relieved.

Started using this a couple weeks ago and honestly the signup and access were super quick — delivery of the account info was fast. Support answered my question right away and was friendly. Autofill is a bit hit-or-miss and no password reveal, so not perfect.

Jumped on Keeper two months ago after getting a bit twitchy about LastPass hacks. Account setup emailed right away and customer support answered my quick question fast — that felt like a win. The app works, though it won't auto-fill my name/address like LastPass. All in all, glad I switched, with few quirks — so far it's been solid.

having to open the vault and manually copy-paste card details feels really old-school. It almost put me off, but the rest is solid and I was actually surprised by how reliable autofill can be. If they streamline card fetching, this would be near perfect. A heads-up to others: try it, but expect that clunky step.

I just picked up this software to help me keep my passwords safe and my accounts secure. But, dang, it's been kind of a pain to use! It keeps telling me my password is wrong when it's not, and that's messing things up for me. I was hoping it would just quietly work its magic in the background, but it's falling short in that department.

I've been using this password manager for some time now, and honestly, I'm pretty let down by how it's been going. The browser plugins are not great at all, so I had to turn them all off. The mobile app is awkward to use, always making wrong guesses and having slow network connections. On top of that, they never seem to fix the bugs, like the desktop app randomly popping up. If it wasn't for my company's rules, I would have totally switched to 1password, which is way better and easier to use.

The app has a lot of potential but it's annoying to use in some important ways. First off, when you're looking for a file, you have to give the exact info or the search engine won't help you out. It won't give you any suggestions or other options, so the search ends up taking forever. Also, those pop-up bubbles that ask if you want to save something disappear way too fast, so you end up missing chances to keep your data safe. On top of that, sometimes Keeper doesn't link to the sites I need, even though I've already saved the login info. It's confusing and makes things more complicated than they need to be, so the whole experience isn't so great. Plus, you need to really learn how to use the software to get the hang of it, which might put off new users from using all its cool features.

I really dig the user interface! The iOS app is wicked cool and so easy to navigate. Honestly, I find the app works loads better than the browser extension. I'm not a fan of using the browser extension on Safari, it's just too frustrating so I usually just end up turning it off and resorting to copy/paste instead.

The password manager I bought is pretty easy to figure out and use. I like that I can get into it on different devices without always having to type in a password, thanks to stuff like thumbprint or face recognition. But one problem I came across is that I used my email as my username when I set it up. Now I want to switch to a different email as my username, but I can't seem to change it. I'd feel better if I could cut ties with my old email for safety reasons.

The password tool is pretty neat and simple to use, but it shows up in odd spots like my chats, which is really irritating. The Breach Watch was kind of disappointing since it just repeated things I already knew about my easy passwords. And the payment section is puzzling cause they don't explain what you're paying for in your account.

Setting it up was a bit of a pain, but once I got it all sorted out, it's been doing a pretty decent job. The one big issue I have is that it doesn't catch duplicate logins when I import them from other browsers, so I have to go through and delete them myself. The security audit feature could use some work too since it doesn't tell you which sites have the same passwords. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to navigate.
