    Disappointment with service cancellation

    As a customer of this service, I gotta say I'm really disappointed with how things went down. They canceled my service outta nowhere and didn't even bother to explain why or have someone available to talk to about it. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and all sorts of ways, but got no response at all. It's just not cool to be left hanging like that, especially when I lost all my numbers and messages because of it. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone after this experience.     Hushed app through Appsumo

    I recently bought the Hushed app on Appsumo and, gotta say, it didn't go as smoothly as I thought it would. They didn't clearly mention that there's a 6-month limit on using the app and that the phone number renews automatically, which was a bummer. I think they should've been upfront about that when you buy it to avoid any confusion or annoyed customers.

    My account got deleted

    I rented a phone number about a year ago and I didn't even use it. I just kept renewing the lease every 3 months. And then out of nowhere, my account got deleted. I reached out to support and they said I broke the rules. But how is that possible if I never even used the number?

    This shady company had the nerve to let my lifetime subscription run out without even giving me a heads up. How can they just ignore their own terms of service like that? And on top of that, their customer support is nowhere to be found. I've been waiting for over a month to hear back about my question, and still haven't received anything. It's like they took my money and vanished into thin air. Completely shameful behavior. I highly recommend avoiding this service. I'm thinking about taking this problem to the right authorities.

    Fake mobile number

    This app's service is a total ripoff, eh. I tried to use it, but kept having to reset my password just to get into my account. And on top of that, the "mobile number" they gave me was just a VOIP number, which I could have got for free somewhere else. Waste of my time and money, for sure.

    Subscription issue, expired number

    The subscription for unlimited monthly texts really ticked me off. I got an email saying my account was randomly deactivated and I needed to pay more to get it back up. This is the second time it happened in just one week, so now I lost all my texts and call history. It's worrying to see other users having the same problem, showing a recurring issue with the service. I'm not happy about this and I might even consider taking legal action against the company for being so unreliable.

    Account issues and unauthorized charges

    Avoid this service at all costs! Everything was fine at first - setting up an account, paying, and using the number given. But after only 2 weeks, I got locked out of my account out of nowhere. I tried to reset my password, but the company had already changed it, so I couldn't get back in. To top it off, they still charged my card at the end of the month. When I tried to reach customer service, I couldn't get through. I made the mistake of giving them another shot with a new account, but the same thing happened. It's obvious they're up to no good, so I'm warning everyone to steer clear.

    Lifetime number sold, support unresponsive

    Stay away from this service, seriously. I bought a "lifetime" number and it got sold to someone else. The support team hasn't even bothered to answer me for days, so now I'm stuck dealing with this mess by myself.     Lifetime account purchase

    I recently bought a so-called Lifetime account, only to realize later on that it actually expired after six months of not using it. I was really disappointed and felt like I was tricked. I have other Lifetime accounts with other companies that don't have this kind of rule, so I definitely feel like I was deceived by this deal. The fact that I didn't get any warning before my account expired was annoying and made me think that my money was taken unfairly.     I've been dealing with a real nightmare trying to log in to my account on this service. I can't get into my account and it feels like I've been waiting ages for some help. All my clients have been using my number, and now I'm worried I'll have to start all over. My number is also tied to all my bank accounts, so I can't make any financial transactions.     Lifetime subscription purchase

    Let me tell ya, that lifetime subscription thing was a total bust. I shelled out 25 bucks for it, then just two weeks later, I had to fork out more cash for another because the first one somehow expired. When I contacted customer service, they spun me some yarn about it being inactive for over 6 months when it hadn't even been a few weeks since I got it. And get this, they couldn't even renew the service because I had already removed it from my dashboard. Like, seriously, it was already expired, what did they expect me to do? The way they spoke to me in those emails was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They even tried to make up for it with a lousy $25 refund, like as if that would fix their screw up. When I asked for my money back, they suddenly escalated it to "support management" - whatever that means. Don't waste your money, don't give it to this sketchy company.
