I recently bought a so-called Lifetime account, only to realize later on that it actually expired after six months of not using it. I was really disappointed and felt like I was tricked. I have other Lifetime accounts with other companies that don't have this kind of rule, so I definitely feel like I was deceived by this deal. The fact that I didn't get any warning before my account expired was annoying and made me think that my money was taken unfairly. I want this service to be more upfront and to communicate better in the future.

They sent me an email right away when they found out more about my package. I was starting to get a bit stressed thinking it was lost, but they made sure to calm me down.
