I signed up for a one-year plan with this app, eh, but when I had trouble getting into my account, it was really hard to get a response from their customer service. I gave all the info they asked for, but they kept dragging out the fix. Finally, they just suspended my account out of the blue, which messed up my business communications. The lack of clear communication is worrisome and makes me wonder if their services are actually reliable, eh.
