I've placed a bunch of orders with this company and I've always been super impressed with the service. The shipping does take a bit longer than I'm used to in the US, but my orders always arrive complete and in good shape. The products are top-notch and have worked really well for my pets. I've been a happy customer for almost a year and I'll definitely keep supporting this company.

I was pleasantly surprised by the services provided by this platform, eh. I didn't even know that I could make an app for my food business at such a reasonable price, you know? The support team here is top-notch, always there for me when I need help. But I think there's still room to grow in terms of design choices and customization options, you know what I mean? If they beef up these aspects, this platform could provide truly unbeatable apps for businesses like mine.

Cutlery set and kitchen utensils
The customer service I got was really disappointing. I spent a lot of money on their products, but they didn't meet my expectations. The knives chipped easily and the utensils fell apart because of a manufacturing issue. When I asked for help from customer service, all I got were apologies and excuses, no real solutions. It seemed like they cared more about making money than making customers happy. I definitely don't recommend buying their products because you'll end up feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of support and warranty. It's just not worth it for the poor quality and lack of customer service.
