Train tickets
I bought train tickets on this website and it was going well until I hit the final purchase page. It told me I used 2 railcards, but I know I only used 1. Do you think it got mixed up because I used the same card for my round trip?
Online train booking
Booking train trips online has been super handy and fun for me. I just headed down to the South West and the whole process was a breeze and didn't break the bank, which was solid. But, I did have a couple of times where my trips got delayed or even cancelled, and that was a bit of a letdown. One time was because of some nasty weather. But all in all, I'd still rate my experience a full five stars.

The app was so easy to use, eh. It had all the train schedules and stops laid out clearly, even the costs were easy to find. I liked how it showed any problems like strikes, so I could plan my trips better. Booking tickets was a breeze, whether I wanted one-way tickets or a day pass. Checking out was simple too, and I could even save my tickets for later in my wallet.
Quick online booking
I really love how easy it is to book my tickets online. It's so convenient and I never have to stress about remembering to pick up physical tickets. Plus, it helps me save some cash by pre-booking, so I can see my family more often without spending a ton.
Quick ticket retrieval
Despite getting a confirmation email, I had a bit of a hard time getting my tickets on the app. Luckily, a super nice person on the phone hooked me up with a new email that had the ticket reference. Thanks to that, I scooped up my tickets from the machine on the platform in just under 5 minutes. Really appreciate the help.
Ticket purchase experience
The experience of buying tickets was pretty good overall, but there are a couple things that could be better. First off, it was a bit tricky to add another person to my booking, which was kind of annoying. And then there were some differences in what I was seeing on my phone versus my laptop, which got me all mixed up. But, even with those hiccups, the service itself was top-notch with lots of cool features. I really liked being able to slap that QR code into my Apple wallet with no trouble, and it was super easy to email tickets and use Paypal to pay.
Booking and tracking trains
I just wanted to say how much I love using this platform to book train tickets and keep track of my travels. It's super handy and easy to use. But I did run into a bit of a snag when they checked my e-ticket. They asked to see my senior card for verification, which I found kind of unnecessary. I mean, if my card was expired, I wouldn't be able to use it anyway, right? There might be other reasons for them asking for my card that they didn't explain during the review.

Ticket booking assistance
I goofed up when I was booking my train ticket and had to call customer service for some help. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and made fixing my booking so easy. The service was excellent and the representative I dealt with was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend their customer service.
