I just wanted to say how much I love using this platform to book train tickets and keep track of my travels. It's super handy and easy to use. But I did run into a bit of a snag when they checked my e-ticket. They asked to see my senior card for verification, which I found kind of unnecessary. I mean, if my card was expired, I wouldn't be able to use it anyway, right? There might be other reasons for them asking for my card that they didn't explain during the review.

I goofed up when I was booking my train ticket and had to call customer service for some help. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and made fixing my booking so easy. The service was excellent and the representative I dealt with was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend their customer service.
