I bought some bracelets from this company not long ago, and I gotta say, I was let down by the quality. Every now and then, I get a bracelet that's already broken, and let me tell you, it's not fun. On top of that, I wasn't too thrilled with the St. Patrick's Day bracelets I got. The colors just weren't as bright as I expected, and the design was kind of boring. All in all, it wasn't the greatest shopping experience with this company.

The rings there are so beautiful and surprisingly affordable, it's awesome. The customer service was fantastic, Meaghan was incredibly friendly and helpful, she made the whole process so simple for me. All in all, it was a really enjoyable shopping experience!

I just bought a child's snowsuit for $130 on sale, down from $170. After not hearing anything about shipping for 5 days, I called customer service. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before asking for a call back. The call back came at 8pm, but it only rang twice and then ended. I had to wait another 20 minutes on hold before they told me they couldn't fulfill the order.

So, I had this super annoying PHP/WordPress issue that was seriously getting on my nerves. I finally decided to call in for some help and luckily, I got connected with a really nice rep named Emma. Let me tell you, she was an absolute lifesaver! It took a bit of time to really nail down what was causing the problem, but Emma was patient, thorough, and totally determined to fix it. The wait time at the beginning was a bit longer than I would have preferred, but once Emma got on the line, the service was top-notch. She took her time going through everything and made sure to double-check before wrapping it all up.
