So, I ordered something from here and my package ended up getting stolen. I was pretty disappointed. They sent me a code for some store credit, which was nice of them. But, when I tried to use it, I realized it didn't work for everything I wanted to buy. I reached out to them and they fixed the issue. However, out of nowhere, the code stopped working again when I was trying to check out! It was so surprising and frustrating at the same time. I was getting really irritated and a supervisor named Geri sent me an email. But, they disappeared as soon as I mentioned the code was not working. I sent another email and now I am just waiting for a response. It's so aggravating! All I want to do is purchase my items without all this hassle!

I bought a few things on sale and was really happy with how fast they were delivered, plus they even threw in some cute stickers. Totally worth it!

I had such a frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription through email, and then waiting 3-4 days for a response. On top of that, I never even got the product I ordered. It was even harder because there was no phone support to help me out quickly.

I checked out their Instagram and somebody was being really mean, but when I brought it up to the company, they didn't even care. It's just not cool, eh?

OMG, I picked up these super cute bracelets for my BFF's birthday and they were so adorable! I was really excited to give them to her, but it took forever to order them and the service wasn't great at all. On top of that, the pricing seemed a bit high for what you actually got, you know? And let's not even talk about the delivery - it showed up late and I was worried it wouldn't make it in time for the party. Ugh, honestly not the greatest experience.

On top of that, I wasn't too thrilled with the St. Patrick's Day bracelets I got. The colors just weren't as bright as I expected, and the design was kind of boring. All in all, it wasn't the greatest shopping experience with this company.

Hey there! Just wanted to say that the jewelry box I got from your store is absolutely amazing. It's so well-made and the design is beautiful. The materials used are really top quality, and you can tell it's super sturdy and durable. I was totally surprised by the mystery bracelet that came with it - such a nice little bonus!

One thing I did notice though, was that there's no spot for earrings in the box. I knew that from the picture, but having a special spot for earrings would really make it even better. It would help keep everything organized and make it more functional. But, even with that little issue, I'm still really happy with my purchase and the great quality of everything. Thanks again!

I ordered a daisy choker but it never showed up. I didn't get any shipping confirmation so I had to keep checking the mailbox every day. When it finally arrived, all they sent was some free stickers and said they ran out of stock on the choker without telling me first. Their website had bad communication and gave me false information.
