Stolen order, code issues
So, I ordered something from here and my package ended up getting stolen. I was pretty disappointed. They sent me a code for some store credit, which was nice of them. But, when I tried to use it, I realized it didn't work for everything I wanted to buy. I reached out to them and they fixed the issue. However, out of nowhere, the code stopped working again when I was trying to check out! It was so surprising and frustrating at the same time. I was getting really irritated and a supervisor named Geri sent me an email. But, they disappeared as soon as I mentioned the code was not working. I sent another email and now I am just waiting for a response. It's so aggravating! All I want to do is purchase my items without all this hassle!
Jewelry box purchase with mystery bracelet
Hey there! Just wanted to say that the jewelry box I got from your store is absolutely amazing. It's so well-made and the design is beautiful. The materials used are really top quality, and you can tell it's super sturdy and durable. I was totally surprised by the mystery bracelet that came with it - such a nice little bonus!
One thing I did notice though, was that there's no spot for earrings in the box. I knew that from the picture, but having a special spot for earrings would really make it even better. It would help keep everything organized and make it more functional. But, even with that little issue, I'm still really happy with my purchase and the great quality of everything. OMG, I picked up these super cute bracelets for my BFF's birthday and they were so adorable! I was really excited to give them to her, but it took forever to order them and the service wasn't great at all. On top of that, the pricing seemed a bit high for what you actually got, you know? And let's not even talk about the delivery - it showed up late and I was worried it wouldn't make it in time for the party. Ugh, honestly not the greatest experience.

Wrong bracelet received
I ordered a bracelet from this company at first, but got sent the wrong one. So I reached out to customer service through email, they said sorry and promised to send me the right one. But, the correct bracelet never showed up. The one they did send me was not good quality and seemed cheap for what I paid. I felt really let down by the mix-up and the poor quality of the bracelet.

The marketing content and emails from the company are really appealing, but when I got the actual jewelry, it didn't match up to what was shown in the marketing. The prices seemed a bit high for the quality I got. What really bothered me was how often I was getting those marketing emails. I set my preferences to get emails just once a month, but I was still getting them every day. It was just too much. I wanted to be on the email list to stay updated on any new collaborations or events, like the Harry Potter one, but getting so many emails was overwhelming.

I bought some bracelets from this company not long ago, and I gotta say, I was let down by the quality. Every now and then, I get a bracelet that's already broken, and let me tell you, it's not fun. On top of that, I wasn't too thrilled with the St. Patrick's Day bracelets I got. The colors just weren't as bright as I expected, and the design was kind of boring. Oh my gosh, I'm never purchasing from this company again! The advent calendar I received was filled with cheap items, and when I reached out for help on Instagram, they were no help at all. They used to be great, but now they've changed in a negative way. I spent $90 on this low-quality product and I want a refund right away!

I was so excited when I found out I could get free shipping for my daughter's perfect Christmas gift. But then, out of nowhere, I was charged for postage. Like, really? I get it, shipping costs money but having to go to the post office just days before Christmas in a huge lineup was not what I signed up for when I ordered online. Keep it easy, come on!
Bracelets for daughter
I got some bracelets for my daughter and she loved them! They were so nice and she wears them all the time. But when they got here, we had to pay extra for shipping even though it was supposed to be free. The company didn't pay enough for postage, which was pretty annoying.
