Hotel bedding purchase
I just bought some hotel bedding from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good the quality is. The bedding sets are just so fancy, really tough, and they've got this nice design that makes any room look classy. The folks on the customer service team were also super helpful in helping me out with my order and answering all my questions. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd totally suggest their stuff to anyone looking for top-notch textiles.

High end comforter purchase
I was really disappointed with the high-end comforter I bought. After just a few months, the threads were coming undone and the comforter was sagging, even though I took good care of it like the instructions said. I expected better quality since I spent a lot of money on it. When I contacted customer service, they were nice at first but then said they couldn't find my order and it was canceled. I had proof of purchase, but they still wouldn't help me. It was frustrating and disappointing how they didn't take responsibility and neglected to assist me. The company's customer service and processes are really lacking, and it's too bad they don't stand by their product or help their customers.

CBD gummies and lotion
I really like the CBD gummies from this place, they taste so good like candy but they really help me chill out when I'm feeling overwhelmed. The lotion also smells amazing and makes my skin feel nice and smooth. What's even better is that they're organic and don't have any gross stuff in them. I just wish they had more gummy flavors, like strawberry or watermelon.

Poor quality shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. I've only worn them a handful of times and already the stitching is falling apart. It's kind of ridiculous how quickly they're falling apart compared to other shoes I've had, even the really cheap ones. I tried looking on their website to see if there was any info on what to do for a manufacturing issue, but no luck. The fact that there's no customer support available is a big red flag for me as a customer.

The jewels I got from this store are so nice and special. Whenever I wear them, people always say they look good, and I like that they help good causes with their donations. The prices are fair for how nice the pieces are, and the designs are always cool and catch your eye. I gotta say, Pura Vida is one of my fave spots to shop for jewelry now.

Hoodie with a cool design
Oh man, I made the mistake of ordering this hoodie online without even looking at the reviews. And now I'm kicking myself for it. The description on the website was so unclear, and when I tried to send it back, they charged me for "Shipping and Processing" fees. It's completely unfair! I can't believe they're getting away with this kind of thing. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure!

Split jeans
Customer service was seriously lacking when my jeans split in half shortly after I started wearing them. I tried contacting them to see if they could help, but all they said was they only do refunds for items that haven't been worn or washed. It's weird because I've bought other jeans from them before and never had a problem. But this pair was just terrible quality and fell apart after just a bit of wear.

I gotta say, I had a really good experience with customer service at this company. At first, I was let down by my purchase, but Melissa from the customer service team totally stepped up and took care of me. She was on top of things and really put in the effort to solve the problems I was having. I was impressed by how professional she was and how much she cared about making sure I was happy with the brand. Because of Melissa, I'm back to being a happy customer. Way to go, Melissa!
