    Espresso machine repair support

    I recently reached out to Breville for help with my espresso machine, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the help I got. Cindy, the person I talked to, gave me some really helpful advice that fixed the problems I was having with my machine.     Barista machine purchase

    I bought a Barista machine for my son and daughter-in-law not too long ago, but then the coffee grinder started acting up. After trying to fix it ourselves, we decided to contact customer service for help. But let me tell you, our experience with the company has been really disappointing. They told us to send the machine back to be fixed or replaced, but then they said it couldn't be done because they thought we messed with it. When we got the machine back, it was all banged up, and even though we sent them pictures, they refused to admit fault. Can you believe that?

    Barista Touch - Impress

    The customer service team got back to me right away and they were so helpful when I needed assistance with my new Barista Touch - Impress. Breville really cares about their customers and making sure we're happy with their products. I was really impressed with the support I got, it made me feel like my business was appreciated. And let me tell you, the Barista Touch - Impress is amazing! I'm loving the delicious espresso it makes.

    Bambino espresso machine

    The rep was really great and knew exactly what to do when I was having trouble using new coffee beans in my machine. Their advice totally fixed the issue and now my machine is working like a charm again. It's crazy how just a little change can make such a big impact on the performance of a product.

    Defective Breville product

    Man, it's really disappointing to see how the products from this company have gone downhill. I bought a Breville product three years ago and it broke not long after. I decided to get a replacement, but when it arrived, it was damaged too. Dealing with all these faulty products and the lack of customer service was really disheartening. It seems like there's a serious lack of quality control in their manufacturing process. They've totally lost focus on delivering top-notch products to us customers. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Exploded coffee machine

    My coffee maker blew up and I got injured! I explained everything to Breville and sent them pictures, but they closed the case because I threw away the main part. So if you're thinking of getting one of these risky machines, watch out because they don't seem to care if it causes harm!

    My big toaster

    I bought this big toaster a couple of years back for when we go on vacation. We've only used it a handful of times, and now it's causing issues with our electricity. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they informed me that it's no longer under warranty and pretty much just shrugged it off. I'm really frustrated, considering I have a bunch of their products, but I'll be switching to another brand going forward. The customer service was awful, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and difficult to communicate with.

    New espresso machine

    I got a new espresso machine because my old one was acting up, even though it still kinda worked. I sent it back for repairs and they fixed most things, but one issue was still there. Then this guy named Victor helped me out and gave me a discount on a new machine, along with some extra stuff for free. Victor was really cool and got everything fixed up really well. I definitely recommend this place for espresso machines.

    Bambino Plus purchased for Christmas

    I bought a Bambino Plus coffee machine for Christmas, but it stopped working in April. I sent it in for repairs and it took about four weeks to get it back, only for the same problem to happen again. I'm not happy with how long it took to repair and that the issue wasn't fixed. I'm frustrated with the quality and durability of the product, especially given the price I paid. I'm going to reach out to customer service to deal with this ongoing problem.

    Replacement Microwave

    OMG, eh? My microwave from Breville broke after only 2 years, darn it! I was so bummed because I really dig all my other Breville stuff. But then, guess what, eh?! I posted a review online and they reached out to me to replace it!! I was so surprised and thrilled. Now I've got a fresh new microwave and I'm so stoked to start using it again, eh!

    Espresso Machine Repair

    I recently had to get my espresso machine fixed and I was really happy with the service I got. Victor Bailey was the technician who fixed it, and he was great. He was super patient and friendly, and he really went out of his way to help me. I didn't know that my machine was still covered by warranty even though it's more than 2 years old, but Victor let me know right away and even sent me a shipping label to send the machine in for repairs. I'm really pleased with the service I got.

    Dicing kit accessory purchase

    I just bought this dicing kit for my kitchen gadget, but I had some big problems making it work. The manual didn't really explain what else I needed to make it fit, so I ended up getting the wrong one. And when I went to return it, they said accessories can't be refunded. The customer service was awful, the person I talked to was rude and didn't help at all. It sucks that a great product is ruined by such bad service.

    Breville Oracle repair

    I recently had to contact customer support because my Oracle machine was acting up. The person I spoke to, Michelle, was so helpful and really on the ball. She got back to me right away, asked some questions about what was going on, and set up for my machine to be fixed. And not only did she help with getting it repaired, but she also shared some great advice on how to avoid running into the same problem again down the line.

    Cold coffee disappointment

    I bought this fancy coffee maker hoping to have a great cup of coffee every morning. Sadly, even after cleaning it twice like they said, the coffee still isn't hot enough. I'm pretty disappointed, especially considering how expensive it was. The customer service rep I talked to was nice and knew their stuff, but their suggestion didn't help. I'm frustrated that I missed an email from Breville, and now the link they sent has expired, so it's hard to get the help I need to fix this. I've put in a complaint on their website, but nobody has reached out to help yet. I'm hoping Breville gets in touch soon to fix this so I can finally enjoy a hot cup of coffee like they promised.

    Broken Kettle Base

    So my kettle base broke after 16 months, eh? It was so annoying because the temperature settings disappeared. Like, why bother with a fancy kettle if it can't even heat the water to the right temp, right? Anyway, I went ahead and left a review on their site, and they totally surprised me by sending me a new base even though my warranty was up. Now I know better to use gentle products on it, so fingers crossed it lasts longer this time, eh?

    I had no idea that fixing my coffee machine would be so easy! I couldn't find anyone to help, but the Support team at the company was amazing. We hopped on a call and shared screens so they could see the problem with my machine. The representative guided me through the steps to fix it, and it turned out to be a quick and easy solution that only took a few minutes. I'm really impressed with the great customer service I got.

    Baratza Encore gadget purchase

    I got amazing customer service when I bought the Baratza Encore grinder. The folks at the company were super friendly, knew their stuff, and kept me updated the whole time. I was really impressed with how well they took care of me. Dylan was especially awesome as a rep. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything went down at this company.
