I had some trouble with my Breville Smart-Oven Pizzaiolo recently and had to reach out to customer service for help. But, I gotta say, the rep I talked to was super helpful and really went out of their way to fix things up for me. I'm happy with the service I got from Breville. The oven itself works like a charm and I definitely think it's worth recommending to others.
