Breville really cares about their customers and making sure we're happy with their products. I was really impressed with the support I got, it made me feel like my business was appreciated. And let me tell you, the Barista Touch - Impress is amazing! I'm loving the delicious espresso it makes.

I went in wanting to check out some new tech stuff, and I gotta say, I was totally impressed with the huge variety they had. The guy who assisted me was super helpful and knew his stuff. He suggested the perfect items for what I needed, and I had no problem following his directions.

Damaged upright pipe
The product and quality are great, but I got one upright pipe that was all messed up. There was a dent in it, which made it a pain to use. Even though the box and wrapping were fine when it got here, it looks like the damage happened on purpose or during making it. I didn't have enough time to send it back and get a new one before my event, so I just had to make it work with the messed up pipe.
