Hey there, recently I had a bit of a problem with the packaging and shipping of my event decor items as a customer. But I gotta give a shoutout to Danielle and Stephanie from the customer service team cause they really went above and beyond to help sort everything out quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to making sure I was taken care of was really something special. I was super impressed by how professional they were and how much they cared about providing great customer service. Because of their hard work, I'm definitely going to be coming back as a customer knowing I'll be in good hands. I highly recommend shopping at this company for their amazing customer service and dedication to making sure customers are happy.
Pipe and drape kit replacement uprights
I just had a problem with the uprights for my pipe and drape kit that I bought. When I got in touch with customer service, they quickly sent me new uprights after I sent them pictures of the issues. But, the warehouse initially sent the wrong upright replacements, which was annoying. I got in touch with customer service again, and even though I was frustrated, the guy I talked to was understanding and ready to fix the problem. He sent out the right uprights, and in the end, my pipe and drape kit looked fantastic at my event.

Multiple large orders
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their service, but my last couple of orders had some problems. One had damaged uprights and the other had the wrong and dirty sheer panels. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was a busy signal and I couldn't talk to anyone. I also sent some emails, but didn't get any response, even though I tried many times. Not hearing back made me really disappointed and frustrated because I thought they would do better.

Damaged upright pipe
The product and quality are great, but I got one upright pipe that was all messed up. There was a dent in it, which made it a pain to use. Even though the box and wrapping were fine when it got here, it looks like the damage happened on purpose or during making it. I didn't have enough time to send it back and get a new one before my event, so I just had to make it work with the messed up pipe.
Retro doorway decoration
I just bought some vintage doorway decorations to go with the 50's vibe I have going on in my living room. These plastic circles were exactly what I needed to finish off the whole look. I'm really happy with my purchase and how good the product is.

I recently had a great experience ordering things for my sister's wedding! We bought some decorations online, but the designer told us they wouldn't work. I was really worried, but I sent them an email and they quickly gave me a refund. It was awesome!
Defective merchandise and dishonesty
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought something and it was broken when I got it. When I tried to write a review saying how unhappy I was, they never put it on their website. That's not cool and it's not honest in my book. Plus, the shipping took forever, which just made the whole thing even worse. I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all.
