I recently got this "Build Your Own 14K Gold 4 Photo Heart Locket" from this company, and honestly, I wasn't happy with the quality. On their website, the photos looked like they filled up the whole heart, but when I actually got it, the two middle pics were filled in nicely, while the outer two had some gaps around them, and some spots looked more noticeable. I've been trying to talk to the company about this for over two weeks now, asking for a return label, but they haven't responded to any of my emails. After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one having issues with this company, so I'd advise others to think twice before buying from them.
