Flower delivery purchase
My recent experience with the flower delivery service was so disappointing. They told me the flowers would come on time, but they ended up being two days late. I even said I would cancel the order if they couldn't make my date, but they still let me down. And to top it off, they didn't include a gift card or my message, so the person getting the flowers was confused. I had to get my family to call the delivery service to figure out who sent them. All in all, I was left feeling really unhappy and annoyed with everything.
Flower delivery to Thailand
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff member who helped me out with my order. The flowers that were sent to my wife in Thailand were absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. I really liked the follow-up phone calls, it made the whole experience feel more personal. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting to send flowers overseas. Great job, guys!
Flowers for aunt's birthday
I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday, but they never showed up. I didn't receive any tracking info or emails, and they called immediately after I placed the order to ask about my credit card. The live chat wasn't helpful at all. Be cautious with this sketchy company!
Mother's Day bouquet
I was really let down by the Mother's Day bouquet I got. The flowers were way different from the ones I saw online. They were all closed up when they came and stayed like that for a whole week. Instead of the pretty mix of flowers in the photo, I only got one kind. When I talked to customer service about getting my money back, they didn't even care. It's a total scam, eh?

I'm really upset about the flowers I ordered for our anniversary. They never arrived on time like they said they would, and on top of that, I got an email saying they were delivered way before the date I asked for. When I called customer service, they just told me there was nothing they could do. It was so frustrating! They kept saying they'd look into it and get back to me, but that didn't fix anything. I ordered this awesome birthday present for my best friend, but it never arrived! Can you believe that? I was so upset and even sent them tons of emails, but they didn't even bother to reply. Like, seriously? I want a refund and an apology for all the trouble and embarrassment they caused me.
Roses delivery to Islamabad
I took a bit of a risk and ordered some roses to be sent to Islamabad, even though I had my doubts from reading some not so great reviews. The website was way cheaper than other places, so I thought I'd give it a shot and kept my fingers crossed. To my surprise, the roses actually made it on the right day like they said they would, despite my reservations at first. Maybe the company is improving or it could just be the local florist they work with doing a good job.

I had a really terrible time dealing with this company. Their customer service was not helpful at all and the delivery was all over the place. My first order was late by a few days, and now my second order was supposed to come today but it's nowhere to be found. It's just really disappointing when a company doesn't hold up their end of the deal. I would definitely suggest staying away from this company. The support people didn't respond to my questions well and seemed like they couldn't grasp simple requests.

Oh my gosh, seriously, this flower company is just the worst, like, ever! They claimed they tried to reach out to me, but then they couldn't deliver the flowers because of where I live. They ended up being 3 days late and were completely different from what I ordered. They looked so cheap, like, gross! And guess what? They didn't even offer a refund or try to make things right, like, what a joke! And their customer service, like, where is it even? They never pick up the phone, so don't even bother trying. Honestly, save your money and buy flowers from somewhere else, believe me! This company seriously needs to close down ASAP!

I ordered some flowers for my grandma in Norway because Interflora messed up, but Pickup Flowers was even worse! They emailed me saying they couldn't verify payment, and asked for my ID and credit card copies - can you believe that? Like, do they think I'd actually fall for that? My experience with this company's service was just terrible. I ordered flowers and chocolates for a special occasion, but they didn't arrive until a few days after. I tried to cancel the order when I realized they wouldn't be on time, but no one could help me. I bought a couple of things off this website in July and August 2022 and it was alright. Prices were fair and what I got looked like the pics online. But, got a bit miffed that delivery took longer to the boonies and I couldn't pin down an exact date or time.

When I reached out to customer service, they basically brushed me off and wouldn't give me a full refund or send a replacement. They only offered me 10% back, which was a joke considering how big of a screw-up it was. And on top of that, trying to talk to them was a nightmare - the phone lines didn't work and the chat kept cutting me off. Honestly, I'm so disappointed with the whole situation and I'd tell anyone to avoid this company like the plague.

I'm really sick of all the negative reviews this company is getting! I ordered from them back in 2018 and they came through with an amazing chocolate cake. Fast forward two years, I reached out to them again and they managed to get my order to me on the same day like they promised. Their customer service chat is always there for you 24/7 and they really make an effort to help and reassure customers with that extra personal touch. Plus, they have a phone number you can call and they're available for 14 hours every day. It's just not right for people to leave bad reviews when my own experience with them has been so positive. Big thanks to Pickup Flowers!

I was beyond disappointed with my experience at Pickup Flowers, eh. I ordered some flowers for a special occasion, and let me tell ya, after two days of non-stop calling and bugging them, the flowers were finally delivered. I recently ordered flowers to be delivered internationally for my friend's birthday, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The flowers made it to her apartment in Shanghai on time and they looked perfect. My friend was so happy with the lovely bouquet and she even mentioned how nice the card and vase were that came with it. I was a bit unsure about ordering internationally at first, but the customer service team, especially Mary on the live chat, was so helpful and answered all of my questions right away. I honestly don't get the bad reviews because my experience with Pickup Flowers was really great.
