I ordered some flowers for my grandma in Norway because Interflora messed up, but Pickup Flowers was even worse! They emailed me saying they couldn't verify payment, and asked for my ID and credit card copies - can you believe that? Like, do they think I'd actually fall for that? It's like they're in some dreamland where everyone is naive. I hope those higher-ups at Pickup Flowers face the consequences, because this whole thing was a total nightmare.
