Glassware delivered shattered, package left at wrong address
I bought some fragile glassware from this online store not too long ago, but when my two separate orders finally arrived, both had shattered items inside. And to add insult to injury, one of the orders even got sent to the wrong address by a well-known courier service, which just made everything even more annoying. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they were incredibly slow to respond and didn't offer much assistance, dragging out the whole process longer than I had anticipated. All in all, I was really disappointed by their service and reliability.

Vector graphic image subscription
I just bought a subscription to download vector graphic images for 15€ a month, thinking it would save me money compared to paying 30€ for a single image. But, man, was I let down when I realized I could only get raster images, not the SVG files I was after. And to make matters worse, when I tried to cancel, I was smacked with a 45€ cancellation fee because apparently, the plan was for a full year, not just month-to-month like I thought. This whole thing just soured my mood, and now I feel like I completely wasted 60€.

Five titles purchased
I decided to take a risk and buy five books during the sale, even though I had seen some bad reviews about people getting used or damaged copies. But when my package arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the books in perfect condition, brand new and still wrapped in plastic. It totally surpassed what I was expecting and made me super happy with my purchase. The books were high quality and I couldn't have had a better experience.

Tincture for Breast Cancer
I've been using the tincture all the way through my breast cancer treatment, and now I'm coming up on 3 years since my diagnosis. It's really helped me with nausea and feeling uncomfortable. I accidentally ran out at one point and stopped using it for a bit, but when I started again, I remembered how much it helps me. I even gave some to a friend who's going through treatment right now, and she's so happy with how it's working for her. Thanks so much!

Recent shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from Nordstrom Rack not too long ago, and to be honest, I wasn't too happy about it. I ordered two pairs online, but both had issues with the sizing. The first pair was supposed to be my size, but when I tried it on, it was way off. Now I have to deal with returning it and paying for the shipping, which is a pain. The second pair was completely different - it was marked as a size 5 when I actually ordered a size 10. That mix-up was annoying and inconvenient. I was grateful that customer service agreed to cover the return shipping for their mistake, but waiting up to 21 days for the credit is not ideal. All in all, my experience with Nordstrom Rack has made me think twice about buying from them online again.

I just bought some ink cartridges from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the product. These cartridges work well and meet all my printing needs. I've been coming back to this store again and again, and I'll definitely keep buying from them as long as they keep offering quality printer ink.

Faulty headphone exchange
I had a problem with my headphones not working right, so I called customer service for help. They were super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. They sent me a new pair of headphones within a week. I'm really happy with the service I got and I'd totally recommend them to anyone.
