US flag
I just bought a US flag from Pick Your Plum and I gotta say, the service was really quick. It was great to see that they had free shipping and I got my flag in less than a week. But then I noticed I was charged PA sales tax, even though US and PA flags don't have tax. I got in touch with the company and they quickly gave me a refund for the tax. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and how they fixed the tax issue.

I've been shopping at Pick Your Plum for a few years now, and I always love checking out all the cool stuff they have. Sorry for taking a while to give feedback on my new automatic soap dispenser. I forgot to get AAA batteries at first, but once I got them and put them in, it worked perfectly. Everyone who has used it says it's super handy and works great. It's simple to use and has helped us not waste as much liquid soap. A lot of people have said they use less soap than they did with a regular bar of soap. All in all, it was a good buy that I'm really happy with.
Awesome products

I've been using this website for a while now and I gotta say I'm super happy with the stuff they sell. The 1800 thread count sheets I bought were not only a good deal but also really high quality. I bought a coffee machine from this company not too long ago, and I was really bummed out when it arrived all used and scratched up. To top it off, there was still coffee in it and it didn't even come with the original box or manual. I tried getting in touch with customer service about getting a return form, but haven't heard back from anyone yet.
Mystery Jewelry set
Hey, so I recently bought this Mystery Jewelry set from Pick Your Plum for $15.99. They said it was worth $99 so I thought why not, right? Turns out, it was kind of a letdown. The stuff I got looked like it came straight from a dollar store. Like, I got this cheesy orange skeleton hair clip and a tacky 4" bronze skull necklace. Definitely nothing like the cute stuff they showed online. Lesson learned, I won't be falling for that again from Pick Your Plum.
First and last order
I had a really bad experience when I ordered from this site for the first and last time. I had to contact them myself to ask about my order after my credit card company told me that the transaction was refunded. They told me that the item I ordered was out of stock, but they never let me know before. I was really let down by their lack of customer service and communication.
One functional item, one non-working item, and still waiting for another item
My experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. Got one thing that works, but the other one doesn't. Been more than a month now, and I'm still waiting on the missing item. Trying to get a hold of customer service has been a real struggle, eh.
T-shirts and stickers
Every time I buy stuff from here, they always make sure my order is right before sending it, and it always arrives super quick! The packaging is always top-notch too. I've never had to return anything because everything I've gotten has been awesome. I would definitely tell all my friends about this place!
Grab bars
I recently bought some grab bars from Pick Your Plum and I was really disappointed with them. One of the grab bars broke while I was using it to hold myself up in the tub, it was not strong enough. I tried to contact Pick Your Plum about the problem but their customer service was not helpful at all. My overall experience with them was really bad and I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
Order mix-up
So I ordered two 20-inch necklace chains and guess what I received? Four 16-inch chains! Like, seriously? I contacted customer service, thinking they could swap them out for the right ones, but unfortunately, they couldn't do that. At least they gave me a refund, but man, it's so annoying.
Phone cable purchase
The ad made it sound like I'd get a bunch of phone cables, but I only got one. I was let down and felt ripped off for what I paid. The company's marketing tricks left me feeling cheated. I thought I'd be getting more bang for my buck with the price I shelled out for just one item. The product itself was alright, but the sneaky advertising left me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

This lack of communication and not solving the problem has made me feel super annoyed and unhappy with how my shopping went, eh.
