Automatic soap dispenser
Sorry for taking a while to give feedback on my new automatic soap dispenser. I forgot to get AAA batteries at first, but once I got them and put them in, it worked perfectly. Everyone who has used it says it's super handy and works great. It's simple to use and has helped us not waste as much liquid soap. A lot of people have said they use less soap than they did with a regular bar of soap. All in all, it was a good buy that I'm really happy with.
Diverse and innovative items
I've been shopping at Pick Your Plum for a few years now, and I always love checking out all the cool stuff they have. Whether it's home decor, crafting supplies, or gifts, they always have something that catches my attention. The prices are reasonable and the quality is usually pretty good. I've never been let down by anything I've bought from Pick Your Plum, so I'll definitely keep going back for more.
Portable bar cart
I was really happy with the price of the portable bar cart I bought. It was listed for double the price on Amazon, so I knew I was getting a good deal. But, I did have some problems with the delivery. I tracked my package until it showed as delivered, but it wasn't in the Luxor system for the package room. I had to look for it and finally found it by the staircase, even though I live on the first floor.
Awesome products
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the stuff I ordered from this company. Everything I got was exactly like how they described it on their website, and I haven't been let down once. The delivery went super smooth too, no problems at all. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more from them.
Bought cute stuff
I got all my stuff really fast and most of it was exactly what I expected!
Coffee Machine
I bought a coffee machine from this company not too long ago, and I was really bummed out when it arrived all used and scratched up. To top it off, there was still coffee in it and it didn't even come with the original box or manual. I tried getting in touch with customer service about getting a return form, but haven't heard back from anyone yet.
Craft supplies
The customer service was amazing! I had a little problem with my purchase, but when I sent them an email, they responded right away and were so helpful. They really went above and beyond to find a solution that was even better than I had hoped for. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything.
Mystery Jewelry set
Hey, so I recently bought this Mystery Jewelry set from Pick Your Plum for $15.99. They said it was worth $99 so I thought why not, right? Turns out, it was kind of a letdown. The stuff I got looked like it came straight from a dollar store. Like, I got this cheesy orange skeleton hair clip and a tacky 4" bronze skull necklace. Definitely nothing like the cute stuff they showed online. Lesson learned, I won't be falling for that again from Pick Your Plum.
Order mix-up
So I ordered two 20-inch necklace chains and guess what I received? Four 16-inch chains! Like, seriously? I contacted customer service, thinking they could swap them out for the right ones, but unfortunately, they couldn't do that. At least they gave me a refund, but man, it's so annoying.
Two skirts purchased
I ordered two skirts, eh, and one of them was just like how they said it would be on the website, but the other one was totally different, eh. I was super let down because I was excited to get both skirts that were shown online, eh. I tried getting in touch with their customer service right away to return it, but I haven't heard back from anyone except for an automated email, eh. This lack of communication and not solving the problem has made me feel super annoyed and unhappy with how my shopping went, eh.
