Review about: Positive Grid
Positive Grid Spark Delay
I bought my Positive Grid Spark on December 7th and I'm still waiting for it to come. It's frustrating because there hasn't been much communication - I can't talk to anyone on the phone, just emails. When I asked about my order status, I had to wait four days for a reply, which kind of sucked because I was really looking forward to getting it. It's been disappointing overall, waiting so long and not being able to talk to someone directly about it.

Attempted purchase of listed item
I had a bad experience with Buyee recently. I bought something that came all messed up and not at all like it was shown on their website. I showed them clear pics of the damage, but they kept saying they didn't see anything wrong. It's so frustrating and they won't own up to their mistake. I'm done with Buyee - next time, I'm going with Zenmarket for sure. They seem to be more trustworthy and upfront.

US flag
I just bought a US flag from Pick Your Plum and I gotta say, the service was really quick. It was great to see that they had free shipping and I got my flag in less than a week. But then I noticed I was charged PA sales tax, even though US and PA flags don't have tax. I got in touch with the company and they quickly gave me a refund for the tax. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and how they fixed the tax issue.

Laptop replacement experience
I recently bought a laptop from an online store and had some issues with backlight bleeding. Newegg.ca agreed to return the laptop at first, but later said they couldn't replace it because they didn't have it in stock. Then they put the same laptop back on their website at a much higher price. I tried reaching out to their customer service, even supervisors, but didn't get a good solution. I was really disappointed and frustrated with how they handled everything. Their replacement policies don't seem clear and might make customers feel like they're being tricked.

Beoplay A1 speaker purchase
I bought a Beoplay A1 speaker not long ago and was really happy with how good it sounded and looked. But, after only using it for six months, the speaker suddenly stopped working. I reached out to the company to see about getting it fixed, but they said it was out of warranty so they couldn't do anything about it. They just told me to check out their refurbished site and recommended I buy something else instead. I was pretty let down by their lack of customer service and how they seem more interested in selling than taking care of customers.

Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I ordered them a month ago and they still haven't shown up. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but no luck getting a hold of anyone. It's super frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on. I haven't even gotten a refund for the shoes I never got. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the way this company has treated me.
