Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I ordered them a month ago and they still haven't shown up. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but no luck getting a hold of anyone. It's super frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on. I haven't even gotten a refund for the shoes I never got. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the way this company has treated me.

Eh bud, for like almost 5 years now, we have been ordering our family pets' meds from this company. The quality of their stuff is always top-notch, and we've never been let down. The customer service team is real friendly and ready to answer any questions we have about the products or our orders.
