Frontline Plus Small Dogs
I ordered Frontline Plus for small dogs on January 22, 2023 and it's been weeks, eh! I still haven't received my product, eh! I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but no one has bothered to respond, eh! The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work, eh! It's so frustrating, eh! I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, eh!
Gotta Bravecto for my pets
I picked up some Bravecto for my pets to protect them from those annoying bugs. My dog didn't mind it at all, but my poor cat ended up losing a big patch of fur where I applied it! I've been giving Bravecto to my cat for a few years now, but never from this particular place. I really hope her fur grows back quickly!

I recently bought the monthly flea and tick pill and heartworm pill from this company. But I was really let down by the customer service I got. I got the flea and tick pills no problem, but the heartworm pill wasn't in my order. The invoice said I'd get a refund for the heartworm pill, but I never got it. I tried to contact the company for help, but no luck. The phone just rang and rang, they didn't reply to my emails, and my texts were ignored. Not being able to sort out my problem and the lack of communication was so frustrating and left me disappointed with the whole thing.
Pet supplies purchase
I've been a customer for a few years now and I gotta say, the prices and customer service are top-notch. But, there's one thing that could use some work - the auto order feature. I've had to tweak my orders a few times because of timing problems, and it's kind of a hassle. Sometimes I end up getting the wrong items delivered. Also, the orders don't get removed from the auto order list automatically, even when they're not in use anymore. It can get pretty confusing.

Soresto collars are totally fake. It's obvious that this company only puts up good reviews on their site, and hides any bad feedback from customers like me. This sketchy move makes me wonder if their products are legit and if they really care about keeping customers happy. I won't be buying from them ever again.
