The package looked like it had done more sightseeing than I have this year. I ordered Bravecto to treat a miserable bout of mange on my rescue dog, which meant ordering from abroad since I didn’t have a prescription (yeah, the US rules are fun). I expected a hoop to jump through and there was one — I had to call customer service a few times. Three rings, actually. First call dropped, second went to an answering message with a very polite British tone where I left a message, third time I finally spoke to someone who asked me to confirm my shipping address as a new customer. Quick, friendly, no attitude. They said the shipment takes about one to two weeks and that the packaging might look unfamiliar. That was fine by me. The whole calling episode took under five minutes in total, even if it felt longer while waiting, you know? Ten days later the tablets arrived, intact and exactly what I needed. Since then my dog is sleeping better, scratching less, and I sleep better too. I’ll order again from the same place. Customer service could be a touch faster on pickup, but otherwise smooth. Glad it worked out, relieved, and a little amused at how exciting parcel tracking can be when it’s about your pet’s health.
