I spent a fair chunk of money in 2023 and expected the usual — you treat, it works. It didn’t. We treated cats and still found tapeworm segments. That part sucked. Delivery itself wasn’t the issue; boxes arrived, nothing torn, which was... fine. The real trouble was customer service. I tried to get answers and felt like I was talking into the void. Not great. We’ve dealt with Bayer, Elanco and Zoetis before and never had this problem, so yes, I noticed the difference right away. I had to retreat a bunch of cats with proper meds, which cost time and stress. I’m actually glad I saved some of the product so I can send it to a lab — at least there’s a chance to prove what went wrong. I want the company to explain before I take this further with the department of agriculture; that’s where I’m at. So angry, yes. But also a bit relieved I spotted it sooner rather than later. I’d like to hear a clear, honest response. That’s fair, right?

I picked up some Bravecto for my pets to protect them from those annoying bugs. My dog didn't mind it at all, but my poor cat ended up losing a big patch of fur where I applied it! I've been giving Bravecto to my cat for a few years now, but never from this particular place. I really hope her fur grows back quickly!

Soresto collars are totally fake. It's obvious that this company only puts up good reviews on their site, and hides any bad feedback from customers like me. This sketchy move makes me wonder if their products are legit and if they really care about keeping customers happy. I won't be buying from them ever again.

My experience with getting the pet meds delivered was not good. I ordered two boxes but they took way longer to arrive than I thought they would. And when they did finally show up, the boxes were all squished. This made me worry if the meds were real or not, and now I don't feel right about giving them to my pet. I'm also nervous to ask for my money back because I saw some bad reviews. All in all, I've learned my lesson from this and won't be buying from them again.
