Returns & RefundsI recently bought the monthly flea and tick pill and heartworm pill from this company. But I was really let down by the customer service I got. I got the flea and tick pills no problem, but the heartworm pill wasn't in my order. The invoice said I'd get a refund for the heartworm pill, but I never got it. I tried to contact the company for help, but no luck. The phone just rang and rang, they didn't reply to my emails, and my texts were ignored. Not being able to sort out my problem and the lack of communication was so frustrating and left me disappointed with the whole thing.
