    Trainers purchase

    I just bought some new sneakers online because it was the only place that had my size. I got my usual size but when they came, they were too small. I tried to exchange or get a refund but they said since it was on sale I couldn't. I think that's unfair and not right. It seems like they discount items just to avoid returns. Definitely something to keep in mind when shopping here.

I ended up buying a pair and I can honestly say that they're not only good-looking but also super comfy for walking and running.     Shoe return experience

    My recent experience returning a pair of shoes to Asics America was so frustrating. I checked the return policy and saw that I had to take the shoes back to an Asics retailer. When I looked at the Store Locator, I found a bunch of stores close by. I thought I had a few choices for returning the shoes. But when I tried to return them because they didn't fit right, I found out that I could only bring them back to a specific ASICS store, not any of the other stores on the list. It was so unclear and it left me feeling disappointed and annoyed.

    On top of that, they charged me $4.99 for restocking the shoes, which was a surprise to me. Paying extra to return the shoes made me even more upset with Asics America. Now I'm thinking twice about buying from Asics again, and I'll look into other shoe brands from now on.

    Recent shoe purchase

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago, and I'm pretty bummed out about how they turned out. I've only had them for less than a year, and one shoe already has a hole in it, plus both shoes are starting to look pretty beat up. I've only been using them for walking on sidewalks and roads, so I was hoping they would hold up better. When I reached out to customer support to ask for a replacement, they said no, claiming it was just "normal wear and tear."

    Unfortunately, my time at that store wasn't great because the customer service was really bad. The running shoes I got were good quality, but the staff wasn't very helpful or professional, which was a big letdown. I really appreciate friendly and quick service as a customer, and this store didn't meet that standard. Because of that, I probably won't go back to make more purchases in the future.

    My new shoes

    I was so pumped to rock these awesome shoes I ordered! But then the delivery person messed up and put them in the wrong spot, so I couldn't even find them. I tried to reach out to the company through their chat thingy, but it was totally busted and I couldn't get a hold of anyone.     Two trainers, damaged delivery

    I bought a couple of new shoes not long ago, but man, the delivery was a total mess. The box came all banged up, and one of the shoes was nowhere to be found. I was really bummed about getting such lousy delivery, especially from a well-known company. Thankfully, the customer service folks were great and they sorted it out by giving me a full refund. Even though it wasn't perfect, I might give them another shot in the future, crossing my fingers they go with a better delivery service next time.

    Performance socks

    I bought two pairs of performance socks from this company because they said they wouldn't give me blisters, but after wearing them, I got blisters anyways. And to top it off, one of the pairs I got had two left feet socks instead of one left and one right. I've been trying to reach out to the company to get my money back, but they're not responding. They're ignoring my emails and I can't even submit a claim form on their website. It's really frustrating to have a company promise you something and then completely ghost you when you need help.

    Disintegrating midsole on shoes

    I recently reached out to Customer Service about a pair of shoes I have that have a midsole coming apart. They told me that the glue they used only lasts about a year, which is disappointing because I've been buying these shoes for a long time. I bought two pairs during the last sale and kept one stored away, only to find this issue two years later. Asics didn't really seem too concerned about my problem and when I asked about it being on their website, they said they don't really advertise that information. It's sad to see a good pair of running shoes become useless because of this, which has made me decide to stop buying from them because of their poor customer service.

    I just bought a new pair of running shoes from the company's website and thought I'd get them pretty quickly. But man, the delivery was a total disaster! It showed up more than a week late, chucked inside my gate and soaking wet. To top it off, I never got a heads up that it was delivered - I only found it by fluke the next day. I called a bunch of times and they said they tried to deliver it twice before, but I didn't see that on my security cams at all. And then, when I left a review about how bad it was, they took it down without even telling me why. Their customer service really needs to own up to their mistakes and I'm for sure not buying from them again.

    I bought two pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I ordered them a month ago and they still haven't shown up. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but no luck getting a hold of anyone. It's super frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on.     My sneakers

    My shoes are really terrible! I mean, I spent $180 on one pair and they only lasted 6 months. Then I got another pair for $280 and they also only lasted 6 months. The top always wears out and now my toe sticks out! It's so bad, I'm never buying them again.
