Curly hair care routine
My hair stylist recommended a new hair product for me to try, even though I was unsure due to the high price and flashy ads. But let me tell you, it has seriously changed the game for my hair! I have curly, dry hair, and with just three products my hair has never looked and felt this good. New Wash Rich and Hair Balm have really made a difference in how my hair looks and feels. I only need to use New Wash once a week, plus a little oil from another brand. New Wash has helped soothe my irritated scalp and improved the overall health of my hair. After a month of using these products, my scalp is less itchy and those problem spots have gotten so much better. My hair could use a bit more moisture in some areas, but Hair Balm has been great at controlling frizz without making my hair oily. It can clump a bit, but with careful application, I can prevent any dandruff-like look. Overall, this hair routine is the simplest and most effective one I've ever tried.

Seat covers purchase
I recently bought some seat covers from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a complete disaster from the beginning to the end. The covers didn't come with the clips needed to fit them properly on my seats, and even after going back and forth with them through emails, they still haven't sent me the missing parts. And get this, the front covers didn't even fit my seats right. They said they would either send me the clips or give me a refund, but now their email address is invalid. I'm so fed up that I spent more than $300 on these seat covers just to deal with all this stress.

Cancelled order without notice
Overall, my experience with the furniture store has been pretty good. The quality and size of the furniture have met my expectations. But, man, their shipping times are just terrible. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I was really upset when I found out they cancelled an order I placed months ago without telling me. When I reached out to customer service, the person said I had requested the cancellation through email, which was completely false. Even though I've spent a lot of money with them in the past, the person didn't own up to the mistake and just told me to reorder at a higher price. It was really disappointing that they didn't take responsibility, and it might make me stop being a loyal customer.

Running shoes
I just bought a new pair of running shoes from the company's website and thought I'd get them pretty quickly. But man, the delivery was a total disaster! It showed up more than a week late, chucked inside my gate and soaking wet. To top it off, I never got a heads up that it was delivered - I only found it by fluke the next day. I called a bunch of times and they said they tried to deliver it twice before, but I didn't see that on my security cams at all. And then, when I left a review about how bad it was, they took it down without even telling me why. Their customer service really needs to own up to their mistakes and I'm for sure not buying from them again.

Shorts as a gift
I got a pair of shorts for my birthday, but they didn't fit when I tried them on after coming back from a trip. Even though I ordered them weeks in advance, I couldn't return them because the deadline had already passed. I was really disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service. It really turned me off and I won't be buying from this company again.

Ski boots purchase
I recently ordered a pair of ski boots online and decided to pick them up at the Sherway store. Unfortunately, the boots didn't fit and I needed a different size. Turns out they didn't have the size I needed at that store, but other branches did. Instead of helping me out by transferring the boots or holding them for me, I was just told to either order online or go to a different location to pick them up. The manager even explained that it's their policy to make customers deal with their inventory issues on their own instead of giving a hand. Not gonna lie, it was pretty frustrating, and to top it off, the manager's bad attitude just made the whole thing a lot worse.
