I haven't heard back from them at all! I sent some follow-up messages and all I got was an email confirming they received it, but no actual response. I tried again and still no luck! It's like they don't give a hoot about their customers now. They used to be so great at customer service, what went wrong? It's super frustrating not being able to reach anyone and having no way to get in touch with them. It's just so weird!
