Ramverk Pro backpack, large insert, laptop pouch zipper issue
I bought the Ramverk Pro backpack two months ago after doing a lot of research online for a new backpack. At first, I was really happy with it because it had enough space for all my camera gear with the big insert, and it looked really nice. But after just 2 months, the thread on the laptop pouch zipper came off from the lining inside. I want to mention that I didn't handle it roughly or pull it abnormally. As a full-time photographer, not being able to carry my laptop around because of this issue has been really frustrating. I've been trying to reach out to the customer service team for a week now, hoping to sort this out quickly. I hope someone from the company will get back to me soon and help me fix this.

Strom rollerbag warranty claim
So I recently bought this new Strom rollerbag and it broke on me. I decided to submit a warranty claim back in August since it was still pretty new. But guess what? I haven't heard back from them at all! I sent some follow-up messages and all I got was an email confirming they received it, but no actual response. I tried again and still no luck! It's like they don't give a hoot about their customers now. They used to be so great at customer service, what went wrong? It's super frustrating not being able to reach anyone and having no way to get in touch with them. It's just so weird!

Great bags, but the customer service was really bad. I was trying to return a bag, but had no luck getting a refund. I eventually got it sorted out with a 20% discount as compensation.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company! I purchased a pricey bag and it ended up with cracked vinyl after just a few months. I tried reaching out multiple times to file a warranty claim, but they ignored me for two whole months! Finally, on my fourth try, they replied and denied my claim, blaming me for the damage. What a weak excuse! Their customer service was a complete mess, and I definitely won't be making any future purchases from them. So let down.

So I got this really awesome 30L backpack, eh? It's perfect for all my stuff. But then the buckles started looking all scratched and gross, like come on. I got this backpack as a gift back in December, eh, and it's already starting to rip at the handle even though I've only used it to carry around my lightweight MacBook Air. The quality of the backpack really let me down and didn't meet my expectations at all, ya know?
