    Christmas bulb garden purchase

    I bought a Christmas bulb garden from this company recently and I wasn't happy with how it turned out. It arrived near the end of November, which was okay at first because it was sent quickly. But now, weeks later, only two sad little flowers have grown. I thought I'd get a more lively and thriving garden for the price I paid. I've shopped here before, but this time has made me unsure about buying again. I can't leave a bad review on their site to let others know. I suggest thinking twice before getting this product from them because it didn't live up to what I hoped for.

    Mind-blowing Gaia membership

    Oh man, Gaia is incredible eh! I've been part of the community for a bit now, and let me tell ya, it's like stepping into a whole new world of inspiration and cool stuff. The information they share is top-notch and definitely not as snooze-worthy as regular TV. You can learn a ton and also have a great time doing it.

    Just the other day, I checked out this free online event called Emersion, and it was like a whirlwind of awesomeness. Some of the presentations were mind-blowing, like seriously, I wouldn't have come across them anywhere else. If you're ready to dive deep into the Truth and expand your mind, Gaia is where it's at!

    Express shipping item

    I recently ordered something with express shipping, thinking I'd get it in 2-5 business days. But after two days of getting my order confirmation, I still hadn't heard anything about it being shipped. I reached out to their chat support to ask what was going on, and found out that the item was actually out of stock. They told me they hadn't even been told about my order, which was pretty frustrating and disappointing.

    Lawn mower purchase

    I recently bought a lawn mower from this company and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how they treated me. The staff went out of their way to help me with all my questions and give me all the info I needed to make a good decision. The communication was top-notch and I felt like a valued customer all the way through the buying process. Sharmine Alcera was especially great - super friendly and really took the time to listen to all my worries and give me the help I was looking for. I'm really happy with the amazing service I got from this company.

    Online purchase of bags

    The online shopping was a real pain because I didn't get any shipping updates after I bought the products. I had to contact customer service, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. They just kept pointing fingers at the warehouse for the delay without giving any solutions. To top it all off, it took a whole 2 weeks for the products to arrive, and the order still said it wasn't fulfilled. Even though the bags were okay, the whole experience was pretty disappointing.
