I didn't expect much at first. I started using it a week ago and kept an open mind. First day it was subtle, not magic. The moment I was actually satisfied was after three days — the musty scent in the hallway faded and I noticed it. It's not perfect; sometimes the effect wears quicker than I'd like. Still useful overall for small spaces.

I was curious and bit the bullet — liked how it arrived quickly and the faint tea-tree smell at first, really pleasant. After a week the normal cooking odours came back though, so it didn’t fix everything. Maybe try a stronger concentration or diffuser. Still glad I tried it, didn’t bother my allergies and I’d check Trustpilot next time.

Not great at first — it grew on me, my nose is picky, apparently. I bought two car fresheners for my daily commute and grocery runs. Opened one, could barely smell it for days, so I emailed. They offered about half back, which felt cheap. I sent one back eventually. Now it's fine in short drives, still mixed feelings though, could've handled it better.

By week two I was already second-guessing the purchase — we needed something for the laundry room after moving and the TV demo looked good. The small glass dish arrived quickly; I put one by the washer and one on the dining centre table. It smelled for a few days then faded, even though the liquid hadn't dropped. I moved them off the vent and swirled the oil once; now the scent sticks around for a couple of weeks. Still mildly annoyed, but serviceable.

I’m done with their billing. I bought this because my chronic low back pain needed something different, and at first it helped, so I kept the subscription. After two months I cancelled, but they kept withdrawing from my chequing account and sending packages. I emailed and sent returns, still no refund or even a reply. Pretty annoying, frankly.

I almost skipped this — a friend sent me the link and I was skeptical, figured it might be one of those gadgets that doesn't work or a return nightmare. The first unit did fail, I contacted Azuna and there was a bit of radio silence, then after a follow-up call a real person stepped in and I got the $50 back. Took longer than I wanted, but honestly I'm relieved and pretty happy it worked out in the end. Would recommend if you don't mind being patient.

I really thought this product was gonna do the trick and get rid of that stink from my dogs, but man, was I let down big time. I've had it going for two whole weeks and I can still smell 'em just as strong as ever. Definitely won't be shelling out any more cash on this stuff.

So I picked up this counter top spray and air freshener, ya know? The smell was kinda funky, not gonna lie. The counter top spray with tea tree oil seemed to do the job, but the air freshener was just okay. And let me tell ya, their subscription process was a real pain! Like, who needs two rounds of whatever before you can cancel? And trying to figure out how to cancel was like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. Definitely gave off scam vibes, eh?
