Complaintsreturns are a real hassle, but I kept it. Bought it for my daily shower routine and it smelled off at first — yeah, really off — so I checked the 30‑day promise and it's only for unopened stuff and you pay return shipping. I was sceptical, but it actually works, so I tolerate it.

ComplaintsI’m done with their billing. I bought this because my chronic low back pain needed something different, and at first it helped, so I kept the subscription. After two months I cancelled, but they kept withdrawing from my chequing account and sending packages. I emailed and sent returns, still no refund or even a reply. Pretty annoying, frankly.
