ComplaintsI’m done with their billing. I bought this because my chronic low back pain needed something different, and at first it helped, so I kept the subscription. After two months I cancelled, but they kept withdrawing from my chequing account and sending packages. I emailed and sent returns, still no refund or even a reply. Pretty annoying, frankly.
