Received Dirty Mouth Gum Drops with tamper seal missing along with expiration/lot ...s different on the box and the bottle. Called Primal Life and no one will help. Asked for manager to intercede. Received email today from Jaime at Primal Life, a manager. Says cannot help, won't tell me it is safe to use and no refund or replacement. Lot numbers/exp. dates differ by one year. Bottle exp. in 2026 but packaging says 2027 so you are paying for a product that expires much sooner. I will never use them again as they are not transparent and making mistakes that could harm your health.

I've been dealing with sore gums for a few years now, which has made it really hard for me to enjoy certain foods. I tried different things like sensitive toothpaste, but nothing really helped. Then, I saw this ad for a tooth whitening system that also claimed to help with gum issues. I was a bit doubtful, but I was so desperate for some relief that I decided to give it a shot. I bought a teeth whitening system from this company not too long ago, but it didn't go well. I tried ordering it twice, but I never received my delivery. I was really looking forward to trying the product to help my oral health. It was just disappointing not knowing what was going on with my order and feeling like the customer service wasn't there for me. I hope they can fix these problems so other people don't have the same issues.
