Blood work at local vet
I was just at the local vet for my pet's blood work. I shelled out quite a bit of cash, but I wasn't totally sold on the diagnosis I got. Dr. Pinkleman was really thorough and took his time, but his advice didn't quite match up with what I had in mind. He recommended a more straightforward approach, which left me feeling a bit uncertain about the whole thing. But hey, I did appreciate his honesty and professionalism. All in all, I was happy with the service I got at the vet and might just go back there next time I need help.
Virtual vet appointment
My virtual vet appointment was pretty good, although there was a problem at first. At the beginning, the vet didn't show up, which was annoying. But, the customer service team helped me quickly reschedule my cat's appointment for the next available time. The next vet was cheaper, and I got a refund for the price difference, which was nice. Dr. Mina was great during the appointment. He was very thorough, professional, and knew a lot, giving me useful advice and evaluations for my cat's health problems.
IVDD treatment
I just used the online vet service for my dog who got diagnosed with IVDD. In just 2 hours after booking, my dog got checked out by a smart vet who gave him the right meds for his recovery. Dr. Delacruz was so helpful and really knew her stuff when it came to treating this issue. It was such a relief to get my dog the care he needed without having to move him while he was in pain. Nadeau. It was easy to make a quick appointment, and my pet got their check-up right at home. The vets then sent the prescriptions to my usual clinic and checked in on my pet's health. All in all, I was really happy with the service.

I booked my pet in for a vet appointment on a Saturday, and they didn't even show up. I wasted my time waiting for them, and now I have to go through the hassle of rescheduling and maybe losing money if I have to pay again before getting a refund. It's just ridiculous to offer a service if the vet can't even be bothered to show up.

Oh man, Dr. Anvita Bawa was awesome! She totally listened to me when my massive cat was going all wonky for some unknown reason. She gave me a bunch of great info and even set me up with a prescription for his hives. And get this - I could order his meds online and they arrived super quick in just 2 days!
