ComplaintsI booked my pet in for a vet appointment on a Saturday, and they didn't even show up. I wasted my time waiting for them, and now I have to go through the hassle of rescheduling and maybe losing money if I have to pay again before getting a refund. It's just ridiculous to offer a service if the vet can't even be bothered to show up.
