Virtual vet appointment
Virtual vet appointment
ReliabilityMy virtual vet appointment was pretty good, although there was a problem at first. At the beginning, the vet didn't show up, which was annoying. But, the customer service team helped me quickly reschedule my cat's appointment for the next available time. The next vet was cheaper, and I got a refund for the price difference, which was nice. Dr. Mina was great during the appointment. He was very thorough, professional, and knew a lot, giving me useful advice and evaluations for my cat's health problems.
About Vetster
Vetster is a Canadian-based telehealth company that connects pet owners with veterinarians and veterinary professionals through an online platform for virtual pet care services. Launched in November 2020, Vetster offers a marketplace for pet owners to access a range of veterinary services, including medical advice, wellness checks, and nutritional consultations, via video calls, voice calls, or text messaging. The platform allows for 24/7 access to licensed veterinary professionals across Canada and the United States, aiming to provide a convenient, accessible, and comprehensive approach to pet healthcare. Vetster's model is designed to complement in-person veterinary care by providing an additional avenue for professional consultations from the comfort of a pet owner's home.
