App & PortalI had a virtual vet appointment for my dog recently, eh, and it was really good. Dr. Ho gave excellent care and managed to help with my dog's ear infection even though we couldn't do an ear swab over the video call, eh. It was a handy solution for me since I have a busy work schedule and struggle to get to the vet right away. The app was easy to use and made the whole process smooth from booking to connecting for the appointment, eh.

App & PortalI had a really good experience with this online vet service. Picking a vet was easy and booking an appointment was convenient. There were some audio problems during the appointment which was annoying, but the vet was super helpful and went out of their way to help with my cat's needs. All in all, I was happy with the service I received.
