Christmas bulb garden purchase
I bought a Christmas bulb garden from this company recently and I wasn't happy with how it turned out. It arrived near the end of November, which was okay at first because it was sent quickly. But now, weeks later, only two sad little flowers have grown. I thought I'd get a more lively and thriving garden for the price I paid. I've shopped here before, but this time has made me unsure about buying again. I can't leave a bad review on their site to let others know. I suggest thinking twice before getting this product from them because it didn't live up to what I hoped for.
Home decor purchase
I just bought some new decor items for my home and I was so impressed by all the different options and how good they all looked. No matter what kind of style you like, you can definitely find something that will make your living space even better. Plus, they had some great deals and specials that made it even more fun to shop there. I would definitely suggest taking a look at their home decor stuff if you want to give your living space a little upgrade.
Birdhouse with Post Assembly
I bought the Birdhouse with Post Assembly recently and I must say, I was really let down by it. Putting it together was a real pain because the post turned out to be a lot shorter than the advertisement, at only 5 feet. The kit had a bunch of pieces that needed to be assembled, and the quality was just not up to par. The small screws that were supposed to hold the top spindle to the bottom spindle were weak, and as soon as I set it up, the spindles just fell apart. The whole design of the kit was not well thought out, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy birdhouse.
Outdoor furniture purchase
Even though the system inside seemed all over the place from ordering to getting my stuff, the customer service team was really great. They had some bumps along the way, but they were so helpful and eager to fix things up. It took a while and was a bit annoying, but their dedication to making things right deserves a shoutout. Overall, their honesty and sincerity made up for the early mix-ups, earning them four stars in my book.
Christmas gift for husband
I bought a Christmas present for my husband from this store. When he opened it, we saw that one of the lights was broken and the batteries were not the usual kind. I was pretty disappointed because I was expecting better quality products from this store.
Fireplace screen purchase
My experience with the company was really disappointing. The shipping took forever, like over three weeks for my fireplace screen to show up. And to make things worse, they charged my credit card right away even though the shipping was super delayed. I emailed them to check on my order, but it took ages - like three days - to get a response. So frustrating to wait so long for a simple answer. When I finally got the fireplace screen, it was damaged. I was so let down by the poor packaging and handling, especially after waiting almost a month for it. I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift, but because of all the delays and damage, it just wasn't possible. Overall, my experience with this company was really bad.
Gift for Mom's 85th
I ordered a gift for my mom's 85th birthday, and when it arrived, the boxes were really beat up. The company just said they'd send a new one and my mom could send back the damaged one. Like, come on! How is an 85-year-old supposed to deal with boxing up a broken table? They didn't even try to understand the situation, so we ended up with a refund and still had to figure out what to do with these big broken items that my mom couldn't handle.

Honestly, save your time and cash and shop elsewhere. I snagged a furniture set here and had to return it. I did everything the return policy said perfectly, got the confirmation, and what do I get? Still waiting on my refund. It should be simple - get the return, issue the refund. But this company just can't seem to figure it out. I've called them loads of times and every time, the story changes. First it's 2 weeks, then it's out of the blue 2 days, and now I have to deal with Walmart, who apparently has nothing to do with my buy. Customer service is a complete joke.
Back-ordered item frustration
This is just not right. I ordered something that was out of stock and after waiting for 6 weeks, it finally came but it was missing all the pieces needed to put it together. How is that okay? It feels like they don't take responsibility or make sure things are done right. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Battery Powered Candles
I recently bought some battery-operated candles from this store and man, was I disappointed with the quality. After using them for a bit, the batteries leaked acid all over my furniture, damaging it. When I contacted customer service about it, they wouldn't give me a refund or credit since I was past the 90-day return window - which I didn't even know about initially. It's frustrating to get stuck with crappy products and then get no help to fix the mess they caused. I'm actually happy to hear that this store is shutting down because their stuff is lousy and ends up causing problems.

Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and the shipping date was two months away! Can you believe that? So I decided to cancel it. But then, surprise surprise, the cancelled order arrives at my door two months later! And now they're telling me to drop it off at UPS and wait for a refund. Like, seriously? This is the worst service ever. They expect me to fix their mistake while they still have my money. Ugh.
Custom fireplace screen
The ad for the custom fireplace screen in the catalog was so misleading. It said "Custom Made Sizes to Fit Any Hearth" and even gave an item number, but when I called to order, they told me none of the items in the catalog were actually custom. After being put on hold three times, they finally said only items online could be customized. The person I talked to was nice, but I felt let down and annoyed by the false advertising. I'm not sure if I'd want to buy anything else from a company that does business that way.
Fountain purchase
Unfortunately, I was really let down by the fountain I bought recently. When it arrived, I realized it was a lot more expensive than other similar ones I saw elsewhere. On top of that, there was a problem with the remote that came with it. I tried to fix it, but they told me I couldn't buy a new one separately, and they didn't give me any help on how to use the fountain without it. I felt really frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.

I've been a loyal customer here for a while now, and I've always had good experiences up until recently. I ordered three items online for pickup at the store, but only one of them showed up. Even though I got charged for all three. It's been two months already, and I'm still waiting for the other two items. They're saying it'll take another six weeks to get them to me. It's frustrating to see such a well-known company so disorganized. The lack of communication and delays in fulfilling orders have really changed my opinion of this once dependable store. I hope they fix these issues soon before they start losing more customers like me.
Flower bulbs order
I recently bought some flower bulbs from this company, but I was really disappointed with my order. Their customer service was not good at all – I sent them a bunch of emails about my delivery problems, but they never got back to me. When I got my first delivery, I saw that some of the bulbs were all loose in the box, not in the soil like they should be. Turns out the delivery people had stuck the label on the wrong side of the box, so everything got messed up. And to top it off, my second delivery didn't even come with the wicker basket that was in the pictures – it was pretty misleading.
