Processing fee issue
I had a problem with a processing fee for a return I did lately. They charged me double for the $10.99 fee. The online return form said I'd get a refund of $85.07 after they deduct the fee, but I only got $68.72. I even filed a PayPal dispute, but they sided with the company.

Quick delivery, larger glasses
I was so happy with how fast my order arrived! When I got the glasses, they were a bit bigger than I thought they would be from the photo I took while trying them on. But they still look great! Even with that little mix-up, I would totally shop with this company again. I really recommend them!

Drink container labels
I just got these labels for my kids' drink bottles and let me tell you, they are so handy! They're super easy to put on, and they stay put even in the dishwasher. Plus, they're really tough and have held up great with all the use they get. It's great being able to keep track of whose drink is whose, it definitely makes mornings a lot easier.

USB Camera and USB software key solution
This solution has been so helpful for me. I really needed to be able to check out a USB Camera from afar and keep a shared USB software key secure, and this product gave me exactly what I was looking for. Not having to shuffle the key around anymore has saved me a ton of time, and I feel much better knowing that it's safe now. The setup was super easy and hassle-free, and I haven't had any issues with the connection being reliable. It even works great with firewalls and over the internet, which is awesome. I didn't have to mess around with any special connection settings or VPNs, it just worked right out of the gate. Other options I checked out required buying two connections at the same time, but with this product, I only needed one connection that I can switch between whenever I need to. Overall, this solution has been a perfect fit for me and I'm really happy with it.

The software is pretty easy to use and has a bunch of really cool features, but sometimes it bugs out which can be annoying. But all in all, it's not a bad product for what you're paying.

Gold plated earrings
I got these gold-plated earrings from this brand and man, I gotta say, I am so bummed about the quality. I did everything they said to take care of them, but they ended up tarnishing after just a few wears. I mean, seriously? I have way cheaper jewelry that has lasted way longer. It's just so annoying to spend your hard-earned cash on something that doesn't even live up to the hype. And to top it off, when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they didn't even seem to care and just brushed me off. Not cool. I definitely won't be buying anything from this brand again.

I'm really happy with the audiobooks I bought online recently. There are so many different ones to choose from, which is great. But I have to admit, at first, I found the app a bit tricky to use. This is the second time I've screwed up my booking and I was supposed to be on vacation today, eh! I called customer service and talked to this guy named Joe who was super chill. He put me on hold while he fixed everything with the hotel for me, and I didn't have to pay any extra money. Joe, you're the best, eh! My stress levels went back to normal, thanks to you!

Thermometer and face masks
I just bought a thermometer and some face masks from this store and I am really happy with how good they are. The thermometer works well and is simple to use, giving accurate temperature readings. The face masks are comfy to wear for a long time and give good protection. I like that they have a lot of medical and PPE stuff on their website, so I can get everything I need from one place. Monthly snack subscription
As a customer who has been subscribed to the monthly snack box for a long time, I gotta say I'm pretty happy with what I've been getting. There's always a good mix of snacks in each box, and they're always top-notch quality. My family and I love trying out new and interesting treats from different countries, and we also like that they include spice mixes and recipes in the booklet each month. The book and movie recommendations are a nice touch too, it makes the whole unboxing experience even better. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that sometimes they repeat snacks or countries in different boxes. But whenever I've had an issue and had to reach out to customer service, they've been really helpful and quick to respond. It's nice to know they've got my back!

I got a product that I didn't even order, and I was so frustrated to find out that I have to pay to send it back. When I tried to call customer service, no one picked up. It made me feel like I got ripped off and let down.
