Shoe bench purchase
I bought a shoe bench and it turned out exactly as I thought it would. The instructions were simple to follow and my daughter and I had no problem putting it together. It looks awesome, is strong, and does the job perfectly. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a shoe bench.
Damaged items and poor customer service
Oh man, what a nightmare! I bought two things and they both showed up wrecked. Can't even give 'em a call for help, and it takes forever for them to reply to emails. The order updates they send are all wrong, and the shipping details are no good. Trying to get my money back is turning into a total mess right now.
Broken dresser
So, I ordered this dresser from a website, eh? And when it arrived, it was all broken and stuff. I was pretty ticked off because I waited forever for it to get here, and then it was all messed up. I tried to get in touch with them but they took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they were like, "Oh, just send it back and we'll give you some cash." Like, come on! I just wanted a new dresser that wasn't busted. They were useless, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Just steer clear of them, believe me.
Corner desk
I just got this new corner desk for my room delivered by Fedex Ground and it came in good condition. Putting it together was a bit tough, but in the end, it turned out alright. My daughter really enjoys using it for her homework.
Some cool stuff for my room
So I got some things for my room and let me tell ya, it was not great. The customer service was basically nowhere to be found, and when they did reply, it was like they couldn't care less. Terrible, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them! Plus, the shipping times were way off, not cool in the slightest.
Just got new office stuff
So, I got some new office stuff in December and it was super easy to order. I didn't have to stress about when it would arrive or anything, which was great for my stress levels. My representative was super nice and helpful too, which was a bonus. Thanks, Cymax!
Executive desk set
I got this really cool executive desk set with a bunch of pieces, and I was so pumped to put it together in my room. It arrived pretty quickly, but when I started unboxing everything, I noticed that one of the pieces for the desk was damaged! I sent an email to the store right away, and they suggested giving me a discount to keep it, but I couldn't deal with a wobbly desk! It took some time, but they eventually agreed to send me a new leg. Now I'm just waiting for it to show up so I can finally have my desk all ready to go!
Recent furniture purchase
I bought some furniture from this company recently and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, they gave me the wrong info about how to return the stuff. Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, I couldn't even talk to a real person. Dealing with trying to return the item and get FedEx to pick it up was a total nightmare. It was like a never-ending headache that I never wanna deal with again.
Office chair purchase
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered an office chair and customer service told me it would be easy. But then the order got canceled the next day for no reason and I was left feeling upset and ripped off. It was hard to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did, they weren't helpful at all. Getting a refund was a long and frustrating process, which I wasn't happy about.
Desk and hutch
So, I got this desk and hutch from this store, and when it arrived, the desk was actually broken in half! Can you believe it?! I messaged them right away through Amazon, but they were taking forever to reply. Thank goodness Amazon stepped in to help me out. It's been two weeks now and everything is all packed up, waiting to be picked up for a refund. But I'm still having issues with getting a refund for the hutch, like, what's the point of having just a hutch without a desk, right? Overall, dealing with this company has been such a pain, I totally don't recommend buying from them. Amazon saved the day!
New desk
The website was really easy to use and I could track my desk all the way to my house. The desk itself is fantastic, super simple to assemble! It did take a bit longer to arrive than expected, but I'm still really pleased with it. I've bought furniture online in the past, and this was definitely the smoothest transaction. Everything was in great condition, no parts missing, and all the screws and bolts were organized and labeled perfectly.
Quality products at low prices
I was so happy with the stuff I got from that store. The prices were super low, but the stuff was still really good quality and sturdy. The people working there were really nice and helpful too. I definitely think this store is worth checking out if you want good stuff for a good price.
Amplifier stand purchase
I recently got an amp stand and had a really good experience with the customer service. The person I talked to was super helpful and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. And it was nice of them to let me know about a shipping delay even though it wasn't their fault. It showed me that they really value customer satisfaction, so I'll definitely be coming back to buy from them again.
Incomplete furniture delivery
I'm just waiting for the rest of my furniture order to arrive. I got some pieces already, but not the ones I really need to put it all together. They told me some parts were on back order, but I haven't heard anything about when they'll be here. How am I supposed to enjoy my new furniture if I can't even set it up properly?
Patio table and chairs
So I bought this patio table with chairs online, eh? I was hoping for a smooth and easy time, but boy was I wrong. The stuff came from the manufacturer, not the store, all beat up and broken. I got in touch with customer service, waited forever just to be told the manufacturer would send a new set. But weeks went by and nothing showed up. When I contacted the store again, they said they never got my first email. Finally, I got a replacement, and guess what? It was damaged, too. The pieces were all messed up and didn't even fit together right. After four months of this back and forth, I settled for the least damaged parts that worked. Now, a whole year later, the paint is peeling off. I asked about some touch-up paint, but they said the warranty was up, even though I didn't want to return it, I just needed some paint. And when I left a bad review, they just went and erased it, like my whole experience never happened. Can you believe that?
Sectional sofa purchase
My experience with Cymax was so disappointing. I ordered a 2 piece sectional sofa and got one piece in the wrong color. I tried to reach customer service by phone and email, but my issue was never fixed. The lack of communication and follow-up was really frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest Cymax to anyone after what I went through.
Couch purchase
Hey there, just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying stuff from this retailer's marketplace - they don't allow returns even if other websites say they do. We learned this the hard way after buying a couch from them. When we tried to reach out to the company about our concerns, we got no response. Sadly, the quality of the couch wasn't up to snuff, and we couldn't even donate it because of charity guidelines. So now we're stuck with a lousy couch we can't get rid of. Just a warning to be careful when shopping there!
Silver and black drink tables
So, I bought these four drink tables online, right? They were supposed to be silver and black, but when they showed up, they were green and gold! I contacted the company to try and return them, and they said I could. But get this - I had to dish out over $100 for shipping! And to top it off, they sent me an email saying they cancelled my return request. Can you believe it? This whole thing has been a total nightmare.
2 drawer filing cabinet
I bought a 2 drawer filing cabinet from Cymax recently and when it got here, it was all beat up. The panels were all messed up and the whole cabinet was not great quality. Bush furniture sent me some new panels, which was nice of them, but Cymax didn't do much to help. I tried to email and call them but I couldn't talk to a real person or get any answers. Their customer service was pretty bad, so I won't be buying from them again.
Recent furniture purchase
My experience with Cymax was amazing from beginning to end. The customer service was top-notch and really knew their stuff. The quality of the products went above and beyond what I expected, and I am so happy with my purchases. I will definitely be shopping with Cymax again and telling my friends about them.
