Ordered sunglasses
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company, but they never came. I tried emailing and chatting on their website, but they never got back to me or gave me a refund. It seems pretty sketchy to me, so I'd say steer clear of them.

Electronic concentrate pen
I just bought an electronic concentrate pen from DIP and let me tell you, I am super impressed! Ordering it was easy peasy and it arrived pretty quickly. The pen looks really cool and works great. I've been using it for a few weeks and I'm amazed by the flavour and the clouds it produces. The customer service team was also really helpful when I had a question. I just started using this Ipsos iSay thing to do some surveys and give my thoughts on different stuff. It's pretty easy to use and I can find surveys easily to earn points. I like that I can share my opinions and get something back for it. They have lots of rewards to choose from, so I can pick what I like. Overall, I've had a good time with Ipsos iSay and will keep doing their surveys.

Correcting wrong item received
I reached out to customer service the other day because there was a mix-up with what I got in my order and what was on the invoice. I just wanted to make sure that the right stuff would be sent out in my upcoming orders. They got back to me super fast, within a day. The people I talked to were really nice and fixed the problem quickly. It was a great customer service experience.

Airport pickup desk, great upgrade, competitive price
I had an awesome time at this place! The rental price at the airport was decent, and I was so happy that there wasn't a lineup. The staff were super nice and gave me a great upgrade without being pushy about it. They didn't try to sell me any extra stuff like insurance that I didn't need when I said no. In the end, I was really happy with how everything turned out.
