Ordered sunglasses
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company, but they never came. I tried emailing and chatting on their website, but they never got back to me or gave me a refund. It seems pretty sketchy to me, so I'd say steer clear of them.
Polarized sunglasses
I bought a pair of polarized sunglasses from this company not long ago, and I am really frustrated with how long it's taking for them to come. I ordered and paid for the glasses weeks ago, but they still haven't shown up. The tracking info says the product got to the country weeks back, but it hasn't gone anywhere since. The company says it's not their problem, but the carrier's fault. I'm not happy with their lack of responsibility and the fact that they haven't fixed the problem yet. It's just not right.
Oversized sunglasses
I was so disappointed with my online purchase from this company. It took forever for my big sunglasses to show up, and the customer service was just terrible. Every time I tried to reach them, they were dodgy and not useful at all. I needed to switch the glasses because they didn't fit right, and the whole thing was a disaster. They kept saying I had to send back the original pair first, but they couldn't promise I'd actually get the new ones. Even though I showed them proof of delivery, they said a neighbor signed for the package and magically couldn't find the glasses. It's crazy to see such dishonesty these days.
Polarized sunglasses
I ordered a pair of polarized sunglasses, but they took forever to show up. And when they finally arrived, it was the wrong pair! I contacted customer service, and they said the right ones were in production and would be sent the next week. But time went by, and I still didn't get my sunglasses. I've sent them three emails, but no response in six weeks. I would recommend staying away from this company!
