I bought a concentrate pen from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. The product wasn't all that great, it didn't work that well and the design was kinda lacking. The customer service was also not up to par, reps took forever to get back to me and weren't really that helpful. Plus, the price was pretty steep compared to other options out there. To top it off, my order took forever to arrive and I had to bug them multiple times to finally get it.
