    My experience with VaporDNA was amazing! I made my first purchase with them and was really impressed with the quality of the products, the wide variety to choose from, and the prices. I bought a pod vape, coils, and juice, all of them came in perfect condition and passed the verification on the brand's website. Unfortunately, the pod system had some battery issues, which I've seen before with other devices. However, the customer service team at VaporDNA was so quick to respond and gave me some helpful tips to fix the problem. When the issue kept happening, I reached out again and they solved it efficiently and professionally. Phillip, the representative I spoke with, was outstanding - he stayed in touch with me the whole time, providing help and advice. Thanks to him, my pod system is now working perfectly.     Quick resolution of defective vapes

    The customer service at this place is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with some vapes I bought that didn't work properly, but they fixed it right away. They responded quickly and were very understanding and helpful. It's not easy to come across such fantastic service nowadays, so I was truly impressed.

    Signature required shipping frustration

    I'm getting pretty frustrated with these shipping problems for packages that need a signature. I paid extra for that service, but the post office keeps messing up and not bringing it to my door, even when I'm home waiting for it. It's really annoying to have to deal with this over and over again, especially when I've been making sure everything's good for the delivery. I know VaporDNA can't control the post office's actions, but I think they should look into using other carriers like FedEx or UPS to give us better service. Driving into town and waiting in line at the post office to pick up my late deliveries is not fun and could be avoided with better shipping options. I really hope VaporDNA will think about offering different shipping services so we can have a smoother and more reliable delivery process.

    Quick delivery of vape supplies

    I've been a customer for a good amount of time now and in general, I've been pretty happy with the stuff they have. But, I really wish they would give free shipping sometimes because it can really make a difference when I'm thinking about buying something. Another thing that bugs me is that a lot of the things I want are always sold out, and that's annoying. It's made me go to other stores sometimes just to make things easier and less of a hassle.

But you know what? The rescheduled delivery never even came! I was so frustrated and lost money from missing work. That "free" shipping they offered? Yeah right. It ended up costing me a day's pay and I didn't even get my package. I am definitely not using their services again.

    Frustrating checkout experience

I was like, "What the heck?" I've used this address before without problems, eh? Then to top it off, they took my money but no email or order number!     Payment Issue Multiple Charges

    I had a really annoying experience with my recent purchase. When I went to pay for my order, the system just kept telling me to double-check my bank card number. Even though I tried entering it again and again, the payment just wouldn't go through. So, I decided to try my credit card but ran into the exact same issue. I was so upset when I saw that there were multiple charges on my bank account and credit card and didn't even get an order confirmation number. Now I'm just wondering when my money will be put back into my bank account.

    My purchase - new coils and eliquid

    So, I picked up some new coils and eliquid from this website. The site is totally legit, but my experience was just okay. I placed my order on Sunday, it got shipped out on Tuesday, and I got it the next Tuesday (like a whole week later, ugh!). Shipping delays because of corona in California are so bad right now, lol. But I did eventually get my package, so that's good I guess. I was kinda bummed because the coils I bought came in their box, but the box was wide open, like not even closed properly. And the eliquid box was all banged up, but I think that was from shipping. Overall, they are legit, but if you need stuff ASAP, try eliquid.com because their shipping seems faster right now during COVID.

    Billet Box Typhon purchase

    After struggling with different vaping devices for ages, I decided to treat myself to a Billet Box Typhon. I had tried all sorts of devices, from boro to traditional vapes, but nothing quite hit the spot. I'd been eyeing a Billet Box since it first came out, but I never thought I could afford one. Despite my past vape troubles, I knew I had to get my hands on one. Living in LA doesn't offer many options for trying out devices, but I lucked out and found VaporDNA. The staff and customers there were super knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a ton about boro mods and finally got the tank and device setup that worked perfectly for me. The Typhon, along with the free tank they threw in, has been worth every penny. It's got great flavor, a high-end feel, and it can handle my mechanic clumsiness like a champ. Huge shoutout to VaporDNA for giving me a true vape store experience with experts who actually vape themselves.

    I just ordered some e-liquids and replacement coils from this store, and let me tell you, it was a frustrating experience. I placed my order, paid for it, and then waited a whole week without getting any shipping notification. I had to send an email to their customer service to ask about my order.     I recently placed an order with this store and man, let me tell you, it was fantastic. They really are the best company around. They are super friendly and helpful, and their customer service is just amazing. They truly value their customers, unlike some other companies out there. I've ordered from them multiple times and never had any problems whatsoever. And to top it off, my order arrived super quickly. I ordered on a Monday and got it by Friday - so speedy, right?     Pink vape pen

    I ordered a pink vape pen from this place and it took forever to ship. They apologized for the delay because of the holidays, but then my second order took even longer! They blamed it on some "unexpected delays", but I think they're just lazy. Because of them, I ended up going back to smoking real cigarettes. It's frustrating how they don't seem to care about their customers at all, they just seem to laugh at us. They're the worst, even worse than my teacher who always gives me detention for no reason. Ugh.

    I gave Vapor DNA a chance after a really bad experience with another vape company. I was let down by Element Vape and their return policy, which left me feeling frustrated and let down. Even though I was a loyal customer and spent a lot of money with them, it was really hard for me to return a product I had only had for a few weeks. I was fed up with their lack of customer service and honesty, so I decided to switch to Vapor DNA. I ordered the Sense Orbit and nic salt from them and was impressed with how quickly and smoothly my order was processed and delivered.
