Bought wrong size
I bought a hoodie from Slam Jam but ended up with the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and they were so helpful. They sent a courier to pick up the wrong size hoodie and I received the right size in just ten days. They were really great to deal with and made the whole exchange super easy. I'm really pleased with their service.

Quick delivery of my recent order
I was a bit unsure about buying something after seeing some bad reviews, but I figured, "What the heck?" I actually got my order pretty fast, one package showing up just a few days later. Even with all the talk about things being slow because of the situation right now, everything came on time and in great shape. Big thanks to VaporDNA for being so quick about it all.

Quick purchase of multiple masks
The masks I ordered came pretty quickly, but I was kinda bummed cause they weren't as good as I hoped. I only used them a couple times and they were already falling apart. I tried to get a new one from customer service, but they wanted a pic of the messed up mask as proof. I thought that was a bit much since I already threw it out like they said. I was just not happy with the masks or how customer service handled it.
