Plan cancellation and refund denial
I just bought a plan from this company because they said they had a money-back guarantee for 30 days and great customer support. But when I phoned to cancel my service because I wasn't happy and wanted my money back, they said no and accused me of trying to pull a scam. That's totally wrong and not fair at all.

I bought this rad vintage watch from Collector Square not long ago, and let me tell you, I am super satisfied with my whole experience. The website was a breeze to use, the product description was bang on, and the pics they had up showed me exactly what I was getting. Bought wrong size
I bought a hoodie from Slam Jam but ended up with the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and they were so helpful. They sent a courier to pick up the wrong size hoodie and I received the right size in just ten days. They were really great to deal with and made the whole exchange super easy. I'm really pleased with their service.

I was a bit unsure about buying something after seeing some bad reviews, but I figured, "What the heck?" I actually got my order pretty fast, one package showing up just a few days later. Quick purchase of multiple masks
The masks I ordered came pretty quickly, but I was kinda bummed cause they weren't as good as I hoped. I only used them a couple times and they were already falling apart. I tried to get a new one from customer service, but they wanted a pic of the messed up mask as proof. I thought that was a bit much since I already threw it out like they said. I was just not happy with the masks or how customer service handled it.
