Recent mask purchase
I bought some masks recently and although they took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, I get that things are tough with shipping delays these days. The customer service folks I talked to were super nice and really helpful, which made the whole process better. The masks themselves are seriously amazing and way better than any other ones I've tried in terms of quality and comfort. I did notice someone mentioning that the sizes might be a problem for some people, so I'd suggest going for a bigger size if you can - the extra coverage is totally worth it.
Pack of masks
I bought a pack of masks not too long ago, and it turns out one of the masks was a different size compared to the rest. I tried contacting customer service a few times, but the responses I got were not helpful at all and didn't solve the problem. Now that it's summer and I'm finally using the masks, I noticed the size issue. Dealing with poor customer service like this is really annoying, especially when a quick fix could have sorted it out. I'm not too happy with this experience and will check out other options next time.
Misunderstanding order
I was so annoyed at first because I thought they sent me the wrong size masks! I emailed them so many times but then I figured out I had the wrong email address. But once I finally contacted them, they were really nice and assisted me. They showed me evidence that I made the error and even allowed me to exchange them for the correct size, despite the fee. I received my new masks really fast and I really like them. They're comfortable and I can breathe easily, plus they look great. I am satisfied now.
Large size mask that is too small
Eh, so I got this mask, ya know, and it's made of real good stuff, seems like they did a good job making it and all. But geez, it's way too small for most people, I tell ya. I thought I'd be good with a large, but it didn't even cover my nose right and way too tight under the chin. I'd say it's best for kids or folks with tiny noggins.
9 mask pack purchase
I went to this store and got a 9 pack of masks, then I added a 3 pack and a 6 pack to my cart. But they charged me for all of them without even checking with me first! I tried to call and email them to sort it out, but they never got back to me. Such a scam!
Six face masks sizing issue
So, I bought a pack of six face masks and asked for small sizes. But when it arrived, I got three big masks and three small ones, even though my receipt said six small masks. Can't get a hold of customer service cause there's no phone number or chat option. Just got an auto-reply to my emails saying they're "very busy," which makes me feel ignored and frustrated. With USPS being slow and lots of unreliable companies around, dealing with this company has been a letdown and expensive.
Purchased wrong size face mask
The face mask is pretty good quality, but I messed up and got the wrong size. I got a small adult one, but it keeps slipping off when I talk. It's tough to figure out the right size with all the different sizes from different brands. And to top it off, I found out I can't even return it, so just be cautious when picking your size.
Soft material, difficult to breathe, no noticeable difference, unreturnable
I bought a couple of these masks to see if they were really that great, but I was kind of disappointed. They were just as hard to breathe in as cloth masks and didn't really do anything special for me. They were soft, which was nice, but overall, they didn't really meet my expectations. I also wasn't too happy that I couldn't return them unless it was a special circumstance within a short period of time. And the restocking fee for returns was annoying too. I wish I hadn't spent $78 on them.
Recently ordered masks
I bought these masks because everyone was raving about how breathable they are, but man, were they wrong! These masks were tiny, even though I made sure to measure my face accurately. And let me tell you, they were like trying to breathe through a brick wall. My friend and I were seriously let down by them!
Comfortable mask, broke
I bought this mask thinking it would be a good choice for now, but I was let down. The nose piece broke after just a bit of use, and the company's reply was not good. They only had a short 14-day guarantee, and didn't provide any fixes or replacements for the faulty mask. At $19 each, I was hoping for better quality and service. Also, I'm worried that the masks are made in Vietnam, but didn't get a clear answer on where they're sent from. Overall, not happy with this company.
Delayed mask delivery
I bought a bunch of masks not long ago, eh. But it's been three weeks now and the company still hasn't shipped my order like they said they would. The customer service team hasn't been helpful at all, eh, just sending me the same canned email every time I ask about my order. They gave me shipping info, but never actually sent my stuff to the shipping company. I'd tell others to be careful trusting their fast shipping promises and suggest finding another place for reliable service, eh.
Face Masks
I was so disappointed with the face masks that I bought. Despite all the hype and good reviews, I honestly didn't think they were any better than the other masks I've used. They were really hard to breathe in, and even with the nose piece on, my glasses still fogged up. The masks were supposed to be lightweight, but they didn't feel that way at all. Honestly, I didn't notice any big difference in wearing them compared to other masks out there. I feel like I wasted my money on these masks and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.

Quick purchase of multiple masks
The masks I ordered came pretty quickly, but I was kinda bummed cause they weren't as good as I hoped. I only used them a couple times and they were already falling apart. I tried to get a new one from customer service, but they wanted a pic of the messed up mask as proof. I thought that was a bit much since I already threw it out like they said. I was just not happy with the masks or how customer service handled it.
No masks received
I ordered some masks back on September 2, 2021 but I never ended up receiving them. I sent them an email about it, but they said they couldn't find my order. They already charged my credit card and when I tried calling their support line, no one answered or bothered to call me back. Now $95 is just gone like that. This is really frustrating!
