Beautiful dresses, disappointing delivery
I bought some really nice dresses from this store not too long ago, and I have to say, I really love them. They're so lovely and make me look great for any event or trip. However, I had to give a 3-star rating because the delivery service was pretty disappointing. I've ordered from this store twice now, both times for important events or trips where I needed the dress on time. Sadly, both times, the items didn't get to me when I needed them. Even though I really like the dresses, I was let down by the slow delivery.

Hey there! So I recently ordered a pair of shoes online and man, oh man, did I ever have to go through a whole process to make sure my credit card and address were legit before they'd even ship them out. It was a bit of a hassle, but fingers crossed those shoes arrive soon! Thankfully, they did show up pretty quickly, so big thank you for getting them to me so efficiently.

Six face masks sizing issue
So, I bought a pack of six face masks and asked for small sizes. But when it arrived, I got three big masks and three small ones, even though my receipt said six small masks. Can't get a hold of customer service cause there's no phone number or chat option. Just got an auto-reply to my emails saying they're "very busy," which makes me feel ignored and frustrated. With USPS being slow and lots of unreliable companies around, dealing with this company has been a letdown and expensive.

I bought these calendar covers and every single one was totally broken. It was a bummer to find out when I got home. The person selling them totally knew they were busted, but still sold them to me anyway. It's not cool to try and get rid of old junk on customers!

I got in touch with them quick and they sent me a replacement real fast, even gave me a tracking number. Top-notch service, went above and beyond what I expected.

I was kinda worried at first because I couldn't reach them, but when I messaged them on Instagram, they were really nice and cancelled my order right away. I got my money back within a day and a half, which was way quicker than I thought, eh!

At first, I had a problem with paying by credit card on their site, but when I contacted their customer service they were super helpful and made it all easy for me. I placed my order on a Friday night and they said it would take 10-15 days to arrive. But I got it on Monday morning, just three days later! I was really impressed with how quick and professional Size? was.

Priority Pass experience
I had this whole situation at JFK airport where I was tryna get into this fancy lounge, but they were all like, "Sorry, you can't come in because you're not flying with AirFrance." Ugh, so annoying! But then I stumbled upon this other lounge called Primeclass and it was amazing! They had a legit bar, free drinks, delicious food, and tons of comfy seats. For real, hit up Primeclass if you're in Terminal 1 at JFK.

Dog supplies order
I ordered some stuff for my dog, eh, but they messed up and blamed it on my vet not responding. Like, come on, my vet got all their messages except theirs. And when I tried to call them, I couldn't even talk to a real person, eh. I wouldn't trust them with my pet's stuff anymore. Just pay a bit extra somewhere else for peace of mind, eh.
