I bought these calendar covers and every single one was totally broken. It was a bummer to find out when I got home. The person selling them totally knew they were busted, but still sold them to me anyway. It's not cool to try and get rid of old junk on customers!

First BattlBox unboxing
I just got my first BattlBox and man, I was nice and impressed with what was inside. It was so good that I decided to upgrade to the Pro Plus for the next one. Only problem was, one of the items was busted when it came. But hey, their customer service was on point. I got in touch with them quick and they sent me a replacement real fast, even gave me a tracking number. Top-notch service, went above and beyond what I expected.

Reformulated sunscreen
I just bought the new sunscreen from this company. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. But I was kind of bummed that I had to re-enter some of my personal info into my account. And I wasn't expecting to have to go to the Sephora site to get the full list of ingredients. Even with these small hiccups, I was happy with how things went overall.
