the whole automated chat/email shuffle can be slow and sometimes you end up waiting in a queue that tells you an agent will email later. It’s not awful — someone did follow up — but it’s not the friendly, quick chat I wanted. Prices feel fair for what you get, and returns worked okay when I needed them. So yeah, not perfect, and I do wish for more real people on the line, but overall I like their products and will buy again.

But the pattern of vague timelines, quiet expiries, and canned responses makes me hesitating to tell others about them now. I did recommend them to my sister before all this; won’t do that again without warning — fine stuff, just unreliable process.

When I tried to return them, my order number didn't even work. I looked into it and found out that lots of other people had the same problem. This company is a scam, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.

So, I bought my boyfriend a tank top that he'd been wanting for a while. I've always liked the stuff from this store, they fit well and are good quality. But man, the customer service this time was brutal. I ordered the tank way ahead of our trip, but only found out a week before leaving that it hadn't even shipped. They didn't try to fix it, just offered to cancel. I was so mad but really wanted my boyfriend to have that tank, so I ended up buying it again. Their lack of communication and not taking responsibility was disappointing, especially since I'd always talked them up before. My experience with this company has been amazing since 2012 when I first started ordering. I love their awesome khaki shorts and Sport shorts, as well as their Polos, pants, and outerwear - all super comfy and top quality. I'm really impressed with how this brand has grown into a top-notch menswear company. The customer service has always been top-notch, and I'll keep on supporting them as long as they keep up their high standards in both product quality and service.

I had a really bad time with their customer service recently. I bought two pairs of shorts and got an email saying they didn't have them in stock. When I reached out to customer service, they said they had them and made a new order for me. But then I got another email saying they were out of stock again. I asked for a refund and got one, but it was less than what I paid. This whole situation seemed sketchy to me and now I don't want to deal with this company again.
