Sport shorts, Polos, pants, outerwear
My experience with this company has been amazing since 2012 when I first started ordering. I love their awesome khaki shorts and Sport shorts, as well as their Polos, pants, and outerwear - all super comfy and top quality. I'm really impressed with how this brand has grown into a top-notch menswear company. The customer service has always been top-notch, and I'll keep on supporting them as long as they keep up their high standards in both product quality and service.
Casual shorts, expedited shipping
So, I bought these casual shorts online, and I really needed them quick, so I paid extra for rushed shipping, thinking I would get them in 4-5 days. But man, did I ever have a rough time with this purchase. The shorts didn't come when they were supposed to, and I tried reaching out to the company through their website a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It was so annoying not knowing what was going on with my order. It took almost a whole month for me to finally get a package, but guess what? It was a bathing suit they sent me instead of the shorts I ordered. Crazy, right?
3 pairs of shorts
I just bought 3 pairs of shorts from this company and I was so disappointed with what I got. Instead of the shorts I wanted, they sent me 3 cheap bathing suits with random patterns. When I tried to return them, my order number didn't even work. I looked into it and found out that lots of other people had the same problem. This company is a scam, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Tank top purchase
So, I bought my boyfriend a tank top that he'd been wanting for a while. I've always liked the stuff from this store, they fit well and are good quality. But man, the customer service this time was brutal. I ordered the tank way ahead of our trip, but only found out a week before leaving that it hadn't even shipped. They didn't try to fix it, just offered to cancel. I was so mad but really wanted my boyfriend to have that tank, so I ended up buying it again. Their lack of communication and not taking responsibility was disappointing, especially since I'd always talked them up before. This whole saga has definitely changed how I see them, and I won't be telling my friends to shop there anymore.
Khaki shorts purchase
I've really liked the stuff from this store and I've told other people about them, but I'm really bummed about the customer service. I've tried contacting them multiple times through support emails, but I haven't heard back at all. It's made me feel pretty let down by the brand overall.
Two pairs of shorts
I had a really bad time with their customer service recently. I bought two pairs of shorts and got an email saying they didn't have them in stock. When I reached out to customer service, they said they had them and made a new order for me. But then I got another email saying they were out of stock again. I asked for a refund and got one, but it was less than what I paid. This whole situation seemed sketchy to me and now I don't want to deal with this company again.
