Hoodie purchase for son
Oh man, the customer service was brutal. My parcel never showed up, even though they claim it was delivered. When I contacted them, they just accused me and didn't do anything to help. This isn't the first time Evri has messed up my deliveries, and I am so fed up with their excuses.
Recent online order
As someone who shops online a lot, I recently bought something from this website. But when my order arrived, I had a problem with the delivery. The stuff didn't come to my address, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they didn't really do much to help me out. Even though I've been a loyal customer, I felt like they didn't pay attention to me and didn't take my issues seriously. And there was another time when I had to return something, but the company said they never got it back even though I know I sent it. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to keep shopping with them in the future.
Missing items in my order
Hey, so I ordered some stuff and can you believe it? Not everything showed up. Isn't that always the way? I had such a hard time getting in touch with them since they don't have a phone number, but thankfully Elaine b came through for me with a text and got everything sorted out. Big thanks to Elaine b!
Bought a hoodie
Oh my goodness, you guys! I ordered this awesome hoodie and it was so cool. But then, when I asked for a refund, they were super quick to help me out. Lourdes was amazing and got my refund sorted in no time. Thanks so much!!
Refund issue
I had a frustrating experience where I had to chase my refund twice. It was pretty annoying to not get it right away, but luckily Aymar was super helpful and managed to fix it for me. I'm grateful for his help in resolving the problem.
Recent faulty product experience
I had a problem with something I bought becase it was broken. But even though that was a bummer, I gotta say the customer service I got was amazing. I messaged them on Facebook, gave them all the info and pics they needed, and this guy named Nico got back to me super quick and was really nice. Nico fixed everything by giving me my money back without me even having to send back the broken thing. The way they helped me out went above and beyond what I expected and made me happy with my shopping.
Got wrong clothes
So I just ordered some new clothes online, right? And when I finally got the package and checked it out, they were completely different from what I wanted! Can you believe that? Then, when I tried to return them, they had the nerve to say they'd charge me for it. Like seriously, how is that even fair?! I'm done with this store, they're totally trashy and I'm never shopping there again.
Return process with Manicole
I recently had to deal with a return and talked to a customer service rep named Manicole. She was super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. Definitely recommend their customer service team to anyone who needs it.
New hoodie and joggers
Oh my gosh, the customer service was seriously awesome!! I needed to return my order and this girl, let's say her name is L.A., totally hooked me up in, like, 15 minutes. She's a total boss babe, no joke! It was like bam, problem solved just like that. Really thankful, thanks a ton dear!!
Faulty order replacement
I recently got an order from your site that had a little issue with it. But thankfully, the customer service team was super quick and easy to work with. They were really helpful and as soon as I sent back the item, they sent out a replacement right away. It was a relief to not have to wait for a refund and then order the item again. I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Julie for all her help. I can't wait to get the replacement item tomorrow and hopefully everything will be perfect this time.
Lightweight jacket
So, I decided to give a lightweight jacket from this online store a shot, and unfortunately, I got a faulty item. Now, before you give me that judgmental look - yeah, it happens. But what really matters is how the company deals with it. Thankfully, the customer service team was great. Elaine B got back to me super quickly, asked for a photo of the issue, and right away offered me a refund. No drama, no stress, just fast and effective service. I have to admit, I was impressed with how they managed everything and it left me feeling happy with the result.
Shoe refund
I bought a pair of shoes from this company back in December, but to my disappointment, they ended up being defective after only 5 weeks of use. I got in touch with customer service, sent them a picture of the problem, and got a quick refund. I was really impressed with how fast they took care of the situation and how supportive they were during the whole thing. Thanks for dealing with the problem so efficiently.
Tall clothes, hole in t-shirt
I had a hole in one of the shirts I ordered but customer service fixed it right away. Mary was super nice and even recommended that I donate the damaged shirt. The tall sizes fit me perfectly since I'm really tall. I feel much more confident in my clothes now. Big thanks to BoohooMan and Mary!
Faulty Jacket Replacement
I got a jacket from my order that was messed up, but the customer service was really good when I called the company. Jenifer, the advisor, helped me a lot and handled my issue quickly. I'm getting a new jacket sent to me and I'll recycle the messed up one like they said.
Delivery experience
So, I just wanted to tell you about my recent experience with the delivery service from that company. To be honest, it wasn't a good one. The courier they used took way longer than they said it would, and when I tried to get in touch with them, all I got were those automated messages. Couldn't even talk to a real person. It was really annoying not being able to get any clear answers as a customer, you know?
Two pairs of pants
I just got two pairs of pants from the website. When my order arrived, I had some trouble with the returns portal not working right. But, I got in touch with customer service and Melinda helped me out. She sorted everything out for me real quick. I'm thankful for the fast and helpful customer service I received.
Excellent customer service
I just had a small problem with my order and Teresa G. helped me out. She was so quick and efficient in fixing things. I really appreciate the great service she gave me. It would be awesome if all customer advisors were like Teresa G. 😉

Hey there, I typically don't write reviews, but I had such a frustrating experience that I just had to share it. Ordering from this place was a complete nightmare. The service was so lacking, I was seriously unimpressed. It shouldn't be that difficult to read a couple of emails, right? Getting help was like pulling teeth. The pricing wasn't great either - you'd expect it to be cheaper with such poor service, but nope. And let's not even get into the delivery. Don't expect your order to arrive anytime soon.
Shorts and T-shirt
I spoke with a customer service guy named Ronald, who really helped me fix a problem I was having with my order. The service was top-notch and I'm grateful for the help I received. I would definitely suggest this brand to others, even though I wasn't sure at first. I hope they keep offering good prices.
Jeans return issue
I had a bit of a hard time trying to return these jeans that didn't fit right 'cause I couldn't seem to get that verification code to go through. I reached out to them pretty late, close to midnight, but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised when this super nice lady named Elaine B sorted everything out in just a few minutes. She sent me the QR code I needed for the return real quick.
