Faulty order replacement
I recently got an order from your site that had a little issue with it. But thankfully, the customer service team was super quick and easy to work with. They were really helpful and as soon as I sent back the item, they sent out a replacement right away. It was a relief to not have to wait for a refund and then order the item again. I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Julie for all her help. I can't wait to get the replacement item tomorrow and hopefully everything will be perfect this time.
Recent faulty product experience
I had a problem with something I bought becase it was broken. But even though that was a bummer, I gotta say the customer service I got was amazing. I messaged them on Facebook, gave them all the info and pics they needed, and this guy named Nico got back to me super quick and was really nice. Nico fixed everything by giving me my money back without me even having to send back the broken thing. The way they helped me out went above and beyond what I expected and made me happy with my shopping.
Jeans return issue
I had a bit of a hard time trying to return these jeans that didn't fit right 'cause I couldn't seem to get that verification code to go through. I reached out to them pretty late, close to midnight, but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised when this super nice lady named Elaine B sorted everything out in just a few minutes. She sent me the QR code I needed for the return real quick.
Incorrect item, Great customer service
So, I ended up getting the wrong item, but luckily Aibelle from customer service was able to sort it out and give me a full refund. I have to say, even though there was a mistake, I was really impressed with how they handled it and the solution they provided. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend their service.
New hoodie and joggers
Oh my gosh, the customer service was seriously awesome!! I needed to return my order and this girl, let's say her name is L.A., totally hooked me up in, like, 15 minutes. She's a total boss babe, no joke! It was like bam, problem solved just like that. Really thankful, thanks a ton dear!!
Two pairs of pants
I just got two pairs of pants from the website. When my order arrived, I had some trouble with the returns portal not working right. But, I got in touch with customer service and Melinda helped me out. She sorted everything out for me real quick. I'm thankful for the fast and helpful customer service I received.
Excellent customer service
I just had a small problem with my order and Teresa G. helped me out. She was so quick and efficient in fixing things. I really appreciate the great service she gave me. It would be awesome if all customer advisors were like Teresa G. 😉
