New tablet for my grandparents
Got this new tablet for my grandparents and it's awesome! Got it at a really good deal and I'm so pleased with my buy. I like that I can get Microsoft and Word on it, so I can do my school work. Also, I moved my grandparents' Amazon Kids accounts to the tablet so they can have a good time and be protected with the filters.

Cyber Monday purchase never arrived
I bought something on Cyber Monday thinking I scored a sweet deal, but seriously, it feels like ages and my order is nowhere to be seen! I even shot them an email, but they're totally ignoring me like I'm some kind of ghost. Not cool at all, man. I just want my stuff already!

Subscription box
I recently signed up for a subscription box from this company and ran into some problems with my order. I noticed that the address they had was wrong, so I tried to fix it by going to the "my orders" page. But, the page kept not loading properly. I was getting pretty frustrated and was almost ready to give up. When I tried to contact customer service, I couldn't figure it out because all the "help" links just kept sending me in circles. I was getting really close to just cancelling my whole subscription, but thankfully a customer service rep stepped in and fixed everything quickly. Thanks to them, my mistake got sorted out, and I could keep going with my subscription without any more issues. I'm really impressed with the amazing customer service I got from the company.

I recently bought some clothes and I was really happy with the service I got. I got an email right after I placed my order telling me that one of the items I wanted was out of stock. But the customer service team let me pick a different item, even though it was a bit more expensive. And they didn't charge me extra for it, they just made the switch without any problems. When my order arrived, I was happy to see that everything looked just like it did on the website, and the quality was even better than I expected. It took about 2 weeks for my order to arrive, but they kept me updated with a tracking number as soon as I picked my replacement item. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and I would definitely shop here again.

Bright gold lamps
The lamp I ordered was supposed to be a sleek silver, perfect for my modern living room decor. But when it arrived, it was a gaudy bright gold that clashed horribly with everything in my home. Not only was this false advertising, but when I tried to talk to customer service, they said I had to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back. After weeks of going back and forth with their help line, they took HomeSquare's side, leaving me feeling frustrated and let down. I definitely won't be shopping at that store again.

Air Jordan shoes and cap
I just ordered some Air Jordan shoes and a cap from this store, but unfortunately, I had to send half of my order back. I used DHL to ship it back to Belgium for 10€, and I was expecting a refund of 74€ for both items. It was a long wait of over 3 weeks with no updates, so I had to reach out to customer support. They ended up giving me a refund of only 50€, saying that the cap was not in the package I sent back. I was really disappointed because I was sure I had sent everything back. Even if the cap was missing, I had paid 60€ for the shoes, so I felt like I was getting ripped off. All in all, it was not a great experience, and now I'm not sure about ordering from them again.

So like, I screwed up by not checking out the reviews before I placed my order. I finally took a look at what people were saying last night and oh man, I was so surprised by what I saw. It looks like tons of folks have had problems with their orders, from getting charged twice to not even getting their stuff at all. And the fact that the company is deleting comments just makes them look super shady, you know? It really makes me question if they're legit or not. I wish I had done some more digging before hitting that purchase button. Now, I'm trying to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charge, all thanks to those red flags in the reviews.

2 sets of sheets
I recently bought 2 sets of sheets and boy, what a ride it was! I was feeling pretty anxious about it after reading some mixed reviews. It sure took a long 4 weeks for my sheets to get all the way from China to Canada. The tracking on my order disappeared while it was being delivered, which definitely got me sweating. But every time I shot them an email, I got a response within a day with the new tracking info. Finally, the sheets came in yesterday and I gotta say, they're spot on - just like in the picture.
